I love this place! I'd never needed to rent a dumpster before. Helen was such a big help! I was so concerned about the dumpster being overfilled. I sent her a picture and she reassured me that everything was fine! No matter how many times I called with questions (remember, first time renter 😁), she was there to help. The delivery guy was awesome as well. So professional. I highly recommend this company! I will definitely be telling friends and using them again!

I have the best service with this company

Dumpster was dropped on time and picked up time. There is a flat fee and you sign a contract with them and is legit. However, afterwards they charge you for extra fees and they don’t tell you what they charging you extra for. Not a phone call or email to warn you about the extra charges being made to your card. You just get charge. You try to call to the number they give you to find the extra charges and it doesn’t work.

My experience was the best! Fair price and fast delivery. They will always be my choose in dumpsters. Thank you guys!!!

We wish I knew this company before... we know that the delivery doesn't really only on you guys, it's up to the landfill too, but even in a Holliday time you broke the record guys... Thank so much again.

Initially they were very easy to work with, but almost 4 months later I incurred a $65 fee on my credit card and when I called, no one really had answers except to say that the pick up 4 months earlier was over on tonnage. I noted that no one contacted me to advise there were any issues after the initial payment for the dumpster was made and 4 months later I got charged additional. I have now spoken to 2 people who both said they would research it after asking me and call me back and 2 weeks from my initial call about the charges, I'm still waiting. Very disappointing.

I live out of town and they have been awesome in setting up every time I have used their service.

Truck was really late on our scheduled drop off and there was no communication from the office that it would be late nor a timeline of delivery. Also on the Saturday it was to be delivered after 12:00pm and no indication that the dumpster would be dropped off, we could not get a hold of anyone over the phone. Luckily the driver did call us several hours later after the scheduled dropoff and informed us of the situation, but I'm not happy that the company office itself did not communicate the delay to us and left us in the dark the majority of the day, nor any apology afterwards for the delay.

The worst service. Do not use this company.
This company is a waste of time. They told me the delivery was going to be between 2 and 4pm. And the driver show up at 9pm.
Then for pick up time is the same. 2 days and still waiting for them to pick-up the dumpster.
