Top service from the Neater Heat team as always. Annual boiler service plus a couple of minor plumbing jobs all carried out safely and professionally by Matthew. Good communication before the visit so I knew when he would arrive. Would highly recommend them for any plumbing and heating work.

Radiator pipe repaired:
Neater Heat has saved our day when we have the bursted pipe. Lee has efficient team and always look after our needs in various situation such as Gas hub installation, boiler service, replaced the old conventional thermostat to Nest .
Now Danny and his colleague handled our emergency damaged radiator pipe. work was perfect and even left the area tidy.
After this incident I have planned to take monthly plan for annual service and emergency cover with Neater heat Ltd.
I would continue to use them and would recommend if anyone looking for gas and heating solutions.

Found Neater Heat on Checkatrade. Dropped them an email with a couple of jobs we needed a quote for and was quickly called back by Lee to discuss the job, competitive quote & quickly booked in.

Danny was assigned to the jobs and he was professional and courteous throughout, dealt with a few unexpected challenges that the boiler decided to give him. Overall, superb service from the team and will be booking future jobs with Neater Heat.

As always excellent service, had a boiler service and some new pipe work fitted. Again Would 100% recommended.

Punctual, friendly and fast boiler service.

The job was removing the (very) old boiler and replacing with a new one. I cannot fault the team on any point, all work was completed in one day as promised. The old flue hole was bricked up and everything left tidy, new boiler working well.

As always Neater Heat engineers are courteous, on time, and very clean workers. They have completed the annual boiler/central heating service over the last three years - plus other plumbing requirements, and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Matthew arrived promptly to service and look at the 'lockout' problem on my Potterton Suprima 50 boiler. He spent a significant time exploring every avenue for what was an intermittent fault. His diagnosis was that the PCB was the culprit with intermittent operation of the ignition spark. Although the lockout re-occurred after he left his diagnosis lead me to remove and inspect the PCB (I trained as an Electronics Engineer). I discovered a dry joint on one of the legs of the HT module. I re-soldered this and have had no problems since. I can see how temperature/vibration would have caused the intermittent fault. The charge was very reasonable and I will certainly be using Neater Heat in the future.

From initial enquiry to the post installation I couldn’t fault Neater Heat. Very efficient communication and a very competitive price, Neater Heat will be the only gas engineers I use going forward. The two man team arrived as agreed and the installation was done in a day. They hit a few problems due to the difference in the size of the new boiler from the old one, the new one was narrower but longer. Some tiles had to be cut but they did a very good job of making sure that they made good as best they could. They even put a tile back on that had been missing for years. Had I been able to find the paint in the garage they would have happily painted the wall area that had been hidden behind the old boiler.

There was a problem with a leaking radiator and they came round very promptly to fix it. Due to it being an old radiator fitted to micro bore pipes they couldn’t actually fix it. They were more than happy to fit a new radiator but we decided to leave it drained for now. It will be replaced by a heated towel rail in due course when we have ensuite and bathroom refitted. Neater Heat do that as well and they will be getting the job. I have no hesitation in recommending Neater Heat.

I found Neater Heat on Check a Trade and made an appointment for them to come and investigate a leak which was somewhere between the kitchen and hallway.
I was offered a cancellation appointment by text which I accepted, Matthew arrived on time despite our house being a bit tricky to find.
Matthew made a through investigation of the places we thought the leak could be and even went up into the loft.
Due to the kitchen and cloakroom floors being tiled, he wasn’t able to find the leak and we were going to get a quote for thermal imaging equipment.
However, about 5 minutes after Matthew had left the house he phoned back with a solution to the problem which was cheaper, made no mess and was quick and easy to do.
I was really impressed with Matthew, he was polite, honest about what he thought the problem could be and then came up with a solution to the problem which has worked.
I would certainly use Neater Heat again.

When I had my outside tap fitted the whole experience was excellent. I realise that it was a difficult situation, under the sink, but it was quickly and efficiently done. Many thanks. The only problem is that since the tap has been in situ the rain has not stopped but that’s life!!
