The quality is always good,However this time some veg was below par----i.e. the broccoli and cabbage!

The food was great delivery not so great
The food was great however your freezer packs had totally defrosted meaning the paper bags where soaked and all the veg was wet. This was OK for me as I could deal with it. Using the Royal Mail for delivery is a mistake as they do not employ temperature controlled delivery and Plymouth is a long way from Newcastle in hot lorries.

Place an order Monday paid 599 for next day delivery was not sent on time 2 days later the 12.5kg potatoes trun up stinks of cow muck absolutely disgusting and potatoes soft they are now in my shed as they stink if cow shite emailed the company dont get a reply will now contacted my card company i put my trust in this place never again please do not buy from them they will scam you or try to
