My wife wanted the pink galaxy buds pro. Found them on the Newcellphone.net website and ordered them. Arrived really quickly and received regular updates via email. They work perfectly and my wife is thrilled. I highly recommend Newcellphone. Will definitely use them again.

LG velvet delivered to UK. Ordered Fri received weds..excellent. Brand new in sealed box..of course. Only trouble was phone in Korean. Took me a while to convert to English but all good now. Few LG apps still Korean but no prob. All working well. Very happy with phone price and delivery.

Bought the BTS smasung buds. Amazing price and didn't have to pay any customs! Package only took 3 days to get to me. The wireless charger box was a bit damaged but everything was fine, and the buds box was perfect

I ordered a Samsung Z flip on the 2 Dec to replace my 10 year old Sony Xperia. The order was delivered by the 7th of December! Amazingly fast. Although they did neglect to send a UK charger, I raised this as an issue on their chat system and get this... They apologised, refunded me £50 and sent me a UK charger FOC, which I received within 4 days!

Much cheaper than any other online retailer and the only retailer that offered free shipping on top of that. Phone arrived in perfect condition and very quickly!

Bought a Samsung S20 Ultra from newcellphone.net, purely because they were the only place that could GUARANTEE the phone dispatched would have a Snapdragon chip rather than an Exynos. I received an email immediately after ordering saying that the phone was out of stock, and the money was immediately refunded via paypal. 2 days later, I received an email saying the phone was back in stock, and I could repurchase it if I was still interested - I definitely was. I was a little hesitant about buying from a fairly unknown company (especially with a >£700 purchase!), but needn't have been! Customer service was fantastic, shipping updates were great - dispatched via DHL with great handling and regular updates. I ordered on the Thursday evening and the phone arrived at my house in the UK on the Monday morning - from South Korea! Absolutely fantastic service, great product at a very fair price. I would recommend newcellphone.net and would use them again.

I purchased a new Samsung S20 5G cell phone from Newcellphone. I was somewhat hesitant to purchase from an overseas company. However, after researching the company and reviewing previous customer reviews, I felt comfortable placing my order. The company does have a very good reputation. Upon my order placement, I received the tracking info for my purchase. My phone was delivered on time. Overall - my experience with Newcellphone was very good. I do recommend their company - excellent prices for their products.

Very poor sound!!! So sad to get such a bad quality item,bought for my daughter on Christmas as a gift! Payed £141 for that and to be honest I feel scammed. The earbuds were sold out in uk so I decided to do my search and just one site call it Newcellphone has it, ordered it from them delivered quickly and everything looks perfect until she started to used it. Such a waste of money!!! Never again from strangers sites who offered originally items!😡

Ordered an LG wing, was the best deal I could find with import fees covered to the UK. Was sceptical at first as it seemed to be a new site and couldn't see any reviews. I ordered on the 21st of December and it came on 24th (Christmas Eve), I was really impressed with the service it came with a UK plug adaptor and information on setting it up in english.

My experience could not have been any better, would reccomend and use again if there is anything else I need
