I had been badly let down by another vender. I was very pleased to be able to order from NCmobile the upgraded memory version of my phone choice (z fold 3) for only a very small price increase. If you confine your purchase and correspondence times to business hours in Seoul Korea, responses are almost immediate. Payment via PayPal feels very secure. Delivery well within the date specified. Phone new in sealed original packaging, exactly as described. In perfect working order. I experienced a 24hr delay and some inconvenience and confusion with DHL trying unsuccessfully to deliver to my home address, instead of the lockbox location I had requested and had verification for, and they also left no missed delivery card, but again the blame for this is entirely DHL's and not NCmobile at all, whose service is very honest and straight forward. It is worth registering an account with them for your next upgrade. 5/5

I have to admit ordering from a company ive never heard of made me curious to if I was throwing money away. But safe to say I had my phone turn up in 5 days- 3 days after shipping and I could not be happier with my z flip. I love the phone. I wouldn't ever have a problem ordering from them again

I used the French site. Everything went perfectly in record time. DHL delivery, to a pick-up point, in 3 days! Perfectly new material, sealed. First Android initialization page in Korean but the first action is to choose the language.
Record price. Customs clearance taken care of by the sender.

I purchased a brand new Illusion Sky LG Wing on 25th December from NC Mobile and was rather disappointed when the phone arrived with scratches on the camera lenses.

Additionally, on the box the phone had a manufacturing date of November 2020, however upon first boot it already had the September 2021 Android security patch preinstalled, suggesting it opened and resealed prior. Of course, it is entirely possible that the phone was opened, damaged and resealed by the supplier before NC mobile received it as all the seals, stickers and plastic of the box, phone and accessories appeared to be all intact and complete.

I reached out to their customer support email regarding the scratches on the camera lenses on the 29th December and so far it has been rather slow with an email correspondence of about 1 email per day.
They offered to provide me with compensation of £30. I tried to push them for an exchange/replacement as a brand new phone should not have scratches or cosmetic damage, however they refused noting stock issues. I was rather disappointed by this as they still had stock of the Illusion Sky LG Wing on their website which they could have provided as an exchange/replacement.

So far as of 6th January they still have not provided me a partial refund or resolution.
There have been some good things, such as the really fast delivery via DHL, and the inclusion of extras such as international adapters and a phone ring stand. I do not feel NC Mobile is out to scam people, but rather I got unlucky with my LG Wing and NC Mobile's customer support has been slow and difficult to deal with.

Overall, my experience with NC Mobile has been rather negative and recommend you look elsewhere to buy an LG Wing.

Updated to 3 stars as refund was provided, however still would have preferred better communication, and compensation of more than £30 for the camera lens scratches
