significant damage to sofa
I've already reviewed NCF based on our experience in store (great) and after sales (shocking). I wasn't able to comment on the quality of the product at the time as it was yet to be delivered. We now have the sofa and upon unpacking have discovered signifcant damage. Here's hoping we get a better response from customer services this time but I'm not holding my breath.
