My experience is worst they are not a good company to do a course with. I registered to do level 3 diploma in Health care and it's awful. Up till now they keep deducting my money even when I didn't progress with the course. They don't want people to progress and every other colleague I recommended them to at the beginning didn't progress .
Don't register with them as they won't help you make a progress, they are only after the money

Avoid NCC courses by Study House
It's a real shame as I am not one to leave negative reviews, but my current experience leaves me little choice but to offer caution to others. NCC undoubtedly has great reviews, and I don't doubt the high quality or the varsity of these reviews. HOWEVER, my daughter took out a business planning course with NCC, which NCC told us was delivered by a partner organisation called Study House. We received the study materials which consisted entirely of just PDFs of reading material. No video content, not checkpoints, no quizzes or other interactive elements. Just written material literally from a book. Worst course content presentation I've ever seen (and I've worked as a lecturer for 10 years). We agreed that this wasn't what she wanted to spend over £400 for and asked for a refund. We were told to contact Study House, which I declined, since we paid NCC, and therefore should receive a refund from such. It's now been over 3 weeks, and we keep being told that information will be checked with managers, but no progress whatsoever. Communication stopped 10 days ago and yet they dared taking it another payment for a course we don't want. Very frustrating!
My advice, NCC is bad at running partnerships, and: avoid Study House courses offered by NCC.

I'm currently completely Level 4…
I'm currently completing the Level 4 Advanced Counselling Diploma. I've almost finished. Really enjoyed the course and it's allowing me to build a new career as a Counsellor. The tutor feedback received after submitting assignments is very informative. As I didn't even know how to cite anything until I cracked it after the first modules feedback advice. I've really appreciated the assignment feedback as after a 25 year education break returning to study after all this time I was a little rusty. Website is easy to use and it's given me the confidence to apply for a Degree in Psychology and Counselling course which I start next February.
