I am currently finishing up a diploma in wedding planning, my experience has been nothing but positive. I want to set up my own wedding planning business one day so I decided to enrol on a business start-up course. My tutor has been amazing and the customer support team are always there if you need them. I feel that NCC have helped me gain my confidence back and they have helped me find my new start. Very very poor service. It takes ages to review and mark assignments sometimes and they won’t even send a message to say why it’s taking that long for your assignment to be reviewed, No standard!
Finished my course since October 2025, and no sign of my certificate. I had to ring them this morning and their excuse was that the issuing body had a system breached by December but again, they don’t have the decency to contact me to say why the issuance of my certificate is taking longer than expected, No standard. I don’t know how they are rated 4.7 on Trustpilot.

As a returning learner I can highly recommend studying with NCC. The course materials are accessible, the assignments are relevant and interesting and the support and communication with tutors is fantastic!

Tutors are really helpful and ready to offer assistance when required. The content of the course is also great. Tutor responded to my submitted assignment within a week and feedback was explicit. The support team was also of great help when I paid for the wrong course. I look forward to taking more courses with ncc

NCC encouraged me to do for myself what i needed to have done long time ago but kept on procrastinating. i am glad i have started studying presently. my dream is coming through. thanks NCC

I appreciate the value for money, the online delivery and the official qualification.

Finding the right course the funding options and enrolling were all very simple steps. My course materials arrived a couple of days later. A very quick and convenient experience.

Several disappointing points, the most significant being the use of CopyLeaks app to audit work. I have been referred for plagiarism as the CopyLeaks app does not recognise the references I have used (the original research documents) and instead highlights 'paraphrasing' from alternate sources like flashcards.com, ivypanda, essay writer etc. etc. I have opened some sentences, for example, with "According to Section XX of the UK Firearms Act XXX, xxx" and this has been highlighted as plagiarism from a website where you can make flashcards. I have raised this multiple times. They have replied to me, but not taken me seriously as yet and thus this is dragging. I have been told to review the referencing advice on the website, but they have evidently not reviewed their own 'evidence of plagiarism' sent to me. (Hope that doesn't come across as too sassy - just frustrated!!)

Minor grievances would be the spelling and grammatical errors in the course content which detract from the professionalism of the course. Also, the key phrases in questions are not as you would expect from the usual exam question format. E.g., I was asked to 'List' and therefore (in accordance with Oxford key terms guidance) provided the list with no description and no references. This was sent back, requiring two-three paragraphs per element of the list and references. I don't particularly mind this, but if so, NCC need to create their own key word guidance for questions. It wastes a lot of back and forth.
Finally, there is little requirement to critically examine or analyse anything in this course. It is primarily the direct regurgitation of information from the course content, which is a shame.

To balance these points, overall the website is easy to use and the range of case studies was genuinely interesting to review. Submission is easy, and my assessor was always very quick and answered questions promptly. He gave good advice throughout. It has only been the quality assurance phase which has frustrated me.

I love the way it’s been designed to study, it’s easy and quick to start up. I found it to be very nicely explained contents, that also help to understand your subject. I’m so happy being a part of NCC for my learning journey.

Decided to do an online course, and went with NCC due to them being more accredited courses as quite afew other online ones aren't, course looks good at the moment, only reason I have only give 4 stars and not 5 is because the course seems to be only a booklet style work, but don't let this put you off.
If they done a couple of videos I probably would of given 5 star, but in all it's good, I'm doing the family support worker course, after this course I do plan on doing another one.

The course was good but I ended up with 3 different tutors which in itself was fine but each tutor wanted you to do things differently there was no consistency I ended up giving up the course because my work was good enough for one tutor but my last tutor was pinikity and kept declining to pass my module even though I did the same Referencing with other tutors and that was acceptable I'm annoyed because the get the £480 I paid for my course and I get nothing because the tutors show no consistency with each other

I am currently entolled on level 4 award in External Quality Assurance and Iam enjoying it partly because of the support materials and guidance provided to help complete my assignment. I hope to come back here when I received my certificate to share my overall experience. The materials are excellent and it has taken nearly 4 days to put all my tasks together which is something I would not be able to achieve with other providers

I am loving my course which is the Criminology Advanced Diploma Level 4. The flexibility is invaluable for me, and the encouraging tutor feedback is appreciated. Did not give 5 stars as the Study Pack (course notes) could be better. They were published in 2019 and a lot has moved on from then in terms of criminal justice - not necessarily in a good way but here's not the forum for that debate!
I would not hesitate to recommend NCC and would like to do another course with them in the future.

This is my first ever time studying online. I wasn’t too sure about it, but it’s been the best decision I ever made in choosing ncc to study. It’s easy to set up, easy to access the content . Contacting the tutor is great. Support is always available like any college or uni. You learn on your own pace, which is brilliant since I have young children. I absolutely love getting the feedback.
