Thank you so much to Sam for being extremely supportive. Just after starting the course my son became really unwell and was in and out of hospital. The worst year of mine and my family’s life. Sam was always very supportive and did not rush me.
Sam was very professional and if my work was not met she always explained very well what needed to be done next in order to get it met.
The course it’s self is great and I learnt so much from it.
Thank you to everyone at NCCE especially Sam for getting me through this course.

I have very recently had my practical observations undertaken by Rebecca Pearce and had a great experience.
She arrived on time and was almost instantly ready for me to get the day underway.
Having someone watching your every move can be quite a daunting prospect but Beki was so nice that it didn’t feel awkward at all.
The very thorough feedback was completed in just 2 days and added to my portfolio.

Eniko, a tutor with NCCE came into my school to observe me for the morning for my level 3 EYE course. Eniko was very professional and friendly and made me feel ease! She was also very quick to reply to emails helping with any questions I had in the run up to the observation.

Unfortunately, the course I took up with NCCE didn't work out for me, so I didn't have a choice but to withdraw. I also did not get my money back or even a partial refund.

The positive is that Sam promptly replies to emails and is there for you if you need her. The downside is that there were occasions where not all of the questions I asked were answered. Hence, I had to keep repeating things. There were too many issues after this too. I've never done a course where there are this many issues and this is the most easiest course I have taken up. I expected it to be a breeze, it really wasn't. So much nit picking and blame, which really didn't seem professional at all. They are also withdrawing the course all of a sudden, which had me working at my own pace to working towards a deadline. 2 stars given for a good experience with block 1 and fast response to emails.

Not only have I lost money, but valuable time too!

I've done two courses with NCCE already and am currently completing a third, they're a brilliant company to complete qualifications with and I would absolutely recommend them to other learners. Supportive and encouraging tutors, quick turnaround with work submitted and no fees for extensions.

The National College for Care and Education is a excellent provider who delivers various of Early Years and Education qualifications for the Early Years and Teaching Workforce. I have recently completed my unit one of the CACHE Level 3 Award SENCO course, the course content itself is very informative with opportunities to reflect on own working practices, therefore develops own theoretical reasoning through the course content and wider reading. The assignments tasks are clear and coherent in conjunction with the course specification and grading criteria. In addition to this, the assignments tasks are creative and has a blended approach to learning. For example, presentations, tables, leaflets, training resources and written questions. Feedback is strongly robust, detailed and useful. Feedback is always returned in a efficient and timely manner, highlighting key strengths and areas of development with support on how to meet the grading criteria. Furthermore, Sam is a excellent and knowledgeable course tutor, who is very approachable and supportive. Sam has been a guiding light throughout this course and her innovative teaching styles have helped me to develop my theoretical knowledge on the course. Deadlines are flexible which is beneficial for individuals like me who work full - time in the Early Years and Care sector. I highly recommend this course and the National College for Care and Education as a whole. I look forward to completing further courses with the college in the future. Thank you! :-)

I have just completed unit 1 Senco course and found the course interesting and useful. The website is clearly laid out and it is easy to find what you need. My tutor Sam has provided valuable feed back and has helped me through the first unit.

Throughout this course I have been supported more than I could of hopped. I made silly mistakes like spelling mistakes ect but have been told it a kind manner and never patronised.
Sam is my tutor and I have never been worried about anything with this course becuse of the support she has given me.
Half way through my course I had to leave my job in a childcare setting and Sam helped me to find a way of completing my portfolio work.
I would definitely recommend this Collage to anyone

I am halfway through Level 3 Early Year Educator and recently had my practical observation with Eniko Nagy who was wonderful!
I must admit that before I met her I was very nervous and anxious to feel that someone was going to observe my daily routine. But after meeting her. How lovely YOU are Eniko! Thank you so much for making me feel calm and that everything was going to be fine. Your attitude and good energy made me forget the observation and I went through my routine like every day. The children loved you!

Can do the work in your own time and at your own pace. I could do the placement at work so it made it much easier to complete. Sam marked everything super quickly and was so supportive and helpful throughout, especially during the longitudinal study and activity plans. Thank you so much Sam.

I have studied Level 3 Early Years Educator with NCCE over the last year and have passed the Diploma. I can’t recommend NCCE enough. The support I have had from my tutor Sam has been amazing. My work has been marked quickly and with detailed feedback. She has always been available to answer any questions promptly and is very knowledgable and puts you at your ease in the final assessment. Becki came to do the practical assessments and it just felt like having another member of staff in the room quietly making observations rather than an assessor. A big bonus is NCCE do not charge for extensions - you compete the course in your own time not to a stipulated time limit.

I am currently undertaking the CACHE Early Years SENCO qualification and am half way through the course. I have found the course very informative and the assignments very interesting.My tutor Sam B has been very helpful with any concerns I had and has returned my marked assignments very quickly.

So far this course has provided me with valuable insights and practical skills that I have already applied to my practice. The course incorporates various interactive exercises and case studies, it includes theoretical foundations, different approaches, assessments and practical exercises. The materials are presented in a clear and organised manner, making it easy to follow along and understand the concepts. Sam is a fantastic tutor who is very receptive and careful. She provides detailed and helpful feedback quickly and efficiently.

There were/are people on hand from the minute you sign up to help you along the way and answer any questions. The service is professional and the course is in depth. After completing my first unit, the tutor gave me personal, detailed feedback which I really appreciated.

Very welcoming and made me feel at ease. Feedback was given quickly and clearly!
