Good course, Alan was helpful and always at the end of an email. I just struggled online, should have done a face to face course.

Well organised, good communication.

As a complete novice, I really appreciated the ability to keep going back and redoing each section until I fully understood the subject matter

Really enjoyed the course. Provided the right level of detail for our sailing holiday.

Interested in learning more about navigation, with the view to apply what i have learnt while sailing. The course material was set out in a logical fashion and the quiz's help embed the knowledge. Would recommend this course to others who have an interest.

I completed the course and it reminded me in part of geography at school ( a very long time ago). It also helped to increase my knowledge on the water

Good resource and excellent support especially as I worked through the assessment.

This is for the Diesel Mechanics course which was very good, easy to understand as they stepped through the various parts of a diesel engine. For me it was more a confirmation and reassurance of understanding a marine diesel engine. Easy to follow and good content.

I really enjoyed the course I did, it was so good to be able to do online, making is easy to access and study in my own time.

The course was good, the company helpful with learning issues i had on a few topics. Some of the content is structured with unusual wording, but its a good course and happy to pass it. Get a good table and sharp pencil plus another ruler for the chart work!

Learning is always positive no matter age or experience I would suggest this course benefits from being completed within the initial timeline allocated as it maintains the momentum.
The course materials were good although I did find chart 5 was a little worse for wear after repeated use
I would also add that I also appreciated the ability to extend as I had unplanned health issues which made the initial plan not possible.

I learnt a lot with this course. Alan was very flexible with timing of the assessment. Every now and then I couldn’t find a definition in the glossary. One can look it up on the internet but you won’t always get the correct answer from AI assisted search engines!

Really great!

Well constructed and interactive material, I enjoyed completing the course at my pace to fit work and life in. The team was helpful when I needed it and assisted the learning process. Learned lots and looking forward to putting some new navigation skills into practice.

Excellent course. Well structured and easy to revisit topics if required. Could undertake the course at a time and pace to suit my other commitments. Support available when I needed it. Would recommend!

Excellent on-line training material with well worked examples to guide you through the course. Challenging questions along the way with two comprehensive exams to conclude and ensure that the material has been properly understood.

Timely and responsive team too!

It was a very thorough course and Alan was helpful when I needed guidance/support.

The course was very well laid out, and the coursework was comprehensive but very accessible. Alan was responsive and I absolutely would go with Navathome again for any theory work in the future.

Pretty good. The course was pitched at my level of prior knowledge (low). I had a little trouble downloading the video diagrams (slow) which may have been a signal problem at my end, although other videos were downloading at normal speed for me at that location.
