I ordered the tree of life ring and a bracelet, in a very short time the bracelet broke and the ring, as per other reviews, was rubbish and definitely not worth the price. I told them I wasn't happy and I then returned the items but I now can't get any response from them, in fact I kept getting generic emails saying my order was on the way. I never got my refund, or a proper response. Wish I'd read the reviews before I bought stuff, they seem to be scam artists - I've already reported one internet shop to the fraud people, and it looks like this'll be another one.

I ordered the tree of life ring and it never arrived. Contacted the company several times and I was told it was on its way, order was being processed and it’s definitely on its way .... when it still didn’t arrive I asked for a refund but was told that wasn’t possible! They are not responding to my messages now 😡

Absolutely awful , what a load of rubbish ,Terrible quality and definitely not silver. brought as a gift for a relative who had seen this ring advertised .it is utter rubbish and unfortunately i've since found it on eBay for £1.99 ,We paid £13.99 , and to make matters worse they sent two and charged us for both !
Don't touch this site with a barge pole .

I found the Nature shop online whilst searching for some reasonably priced Mons Royale base layers. As I had never used this company before I didn’t know what kind of service I would get as the base layers were a very good price and you know the saying ‘if it seems to good to be true’, right.
I needn’t have worried I can say I had a great experience with this company. Very good communications and very helpful. I will be coming back here without a doubt for my next purchase. Thank you for your fab customer service. 5* to you all at Nature Shop.

Very nice stuff (Icebreaker gloves and Patagonia shirt), and very efficient turnaround. I did have to return the shirt, but this was just because of the colour not being as I'd imagined it from the web site. Still a very good shirt. Have ordered before from this Co. without any worries.

I am very impressed by the speed of delivery. I ordered 3 pairs of slippers friday afternoon and they were on the doorstep saturday morning! The Kamik slippers looks a lot more expensive than they are- I hope my sister will like them.
The sheepskin slippers are also presents- looks rather large in size so I hope they will fit the recipients!!
I will definitely be buying more presents from you but cant share on facebook until after Christmas as all recipients are avid FB users!!!

One is sometimes reluctant to buy online if the cost is increased if not the correct size and have to return. No such problem here.

I ordered a pair if Abigail bearpaw boots on Thursday evening and paid extra for 24 hour delivery. The boots didn't arrive until Saturday morning yet payment was taken for the fast delivery service. I also had a discount code of 20% off that I added to the appropriate box that was applied but I have checked my bank and the full price has been taken! I have tried ringing all day Friday to just be cut off again and again with an answer phone telling me to leave a message. I left a message around lunch time and I have still not received a call back. I also sent an email with the issues and no reply and I have also sent a message to there Facebook page and guess what! No reply! The boots have arrived and are fab but the customer service is awful! (Well I'm assuming it is as I can't get a reply from anyone!) I asked around for recommendations on when to buy my boots and this company can up again and again as a great Eco friendly place to buy from. I'm a first time customer and I highly doubt I will be using this company again.

Nature Shop carries all my favorite ecobrands, namely Icebreaker and Patagonia.
I haven't ordered any items lately simply because the products they sell are very hardwearing. I've been building a steady collection for the whole family over the years. Their 365 days return policy is unique. Never thought I would make use of it, but I did and it works. Thanks Nature Shop!

I bought an Icebreaker Legacy jacket, great price and easy buying process. The only mishap was that I needed to verify my credit card with a photo ID. The mail requesting this unfortunately ended up in my spam folder. But quick check with the Support chat cleared that out. Shipping was fast and the jacket actually fit in my mailbox, so no need to go to the post office and collect it.

Have always found nature shop great but if something does go wrong with something I have been very pleased with the customer service. All the items I purchased are great and especially great as all discounted at the time. from a very happy customer.

My old walking sandals died a death. As I'm not really keen on strolling round shops I decided I'd get my next pair online. After doing a bit of research I came across Natureshop and found a pair of walking sandals I liked.

Not one for parting with my money easily I decided I'd get my sandals from this site for several reasons: the images of the sandals were clear and I could see what I was buying (and I wasn't disappointed) the site was easy to navigate, there was minimum fuss when I came to purchase them and comparing and contrasting prices with other sites (including the dreaded Amazon!) they were competitively priced...

My Keen walking sandals are the bees' knees and everyone who's seen me in them say how cool they look. In fact they're so comfortable to walk in that you forget that you've got them on. I've traipsed around Devon in them and London Town, so whether you're in the country or in the city they're fantastic. I've even recommended that my Dutch friend gets a pair from your site as she thought they were brill also.

In addition, they were delivered to my door three days after ordering. So I didn't have to wait long. I was kept informed about my order all along the line.

Overall, I was immensely impressed with the product and the customer service and would recommend you to anyone looking for a great pair of walking shoes!

Only reservation, if any, is on the choice of the catalogue on stock. I generally purchase Icebreaker products and lately the feeling is that what is on stock are the remainders of the stock from the New Zealand warehouse (size availability being often limited, even on new "stock") - though generally still at full price.
This said, would still recommend the company. Very good customer service received so far.
