Ordered probiotics 3rd September 2025, have not received anything. Website has shut down. Company must have closed. Used to get my optimal women's health vitamins from them, they were very good, order used to come on time.
I ordered my usual 4 products a month ago and have not received them,Paid over 200 pounds. Despite frequent emailing to the company I have not heard anything back and there is no phone number to call them on the website. I am very upset about this as I love the products but do not like losing 200 pounds!
Do not buy from this company. The products did not arrive. Despite emails and telephone calls I have not heard from them. My order was over £240 and I have not been able to get a refund.
I placed my order on 25th July. Apart from the shopify order notification I have had no communication from the company despite sending a couple of emails to chase up the order that I've been charged for. There is a phone number for a client care team on the refund policy area of their website but this has been taken from another company.
My product never arrived, the address was written incorrectly. The post office is returning my product to the company and I have been emailing the customer service email of the company for a week, I have sent 4 emails and I still have not received a response. There is no phone number anywhere listed to be able to speak to a human being. I am very disappointed of the poor customer service considering their products cost so much money.
Amazing product and cause. In a world of artificial products was refreshing to use this product. Definitely recommend!
Exceptional service. Have struggled to find a UK/European supplier of Hardy’s Daily Essential Nutrients for quite some time and happened across naturalmentalhealth. Website seamless to use and place the order on. Shipping was extremely prompt, well packaged, and arrived timely. Highly recommend Syed and team and will be back.

About the product - I don't know because it is too soon to tell. The interface needs sorting.

Been taking DENs for PTSD regularly for 3 months and it has really helped me stay away from prescribed antidepressants (sertraline). Really noticeable mood shift without unpleasant side affects. Good shipping and customer service too.

I never received anything, had no response to my initial request for refund due to not receiving the product, however after a second enquiry, I received a reply within the day apologising for shipping issues to Ireland, and received a prompt refund.
Ordered Hardy’s for men over a month ago.....still not received. No updates on delivery date.
