Excellent Service and Rapid Response
I have been hosting websites with Nativespace for many years and have happily recommended others to do the same. Their customer care is excellent and the few times I have asked for assistance the response has been magnificent. Originally I hosted my own and clients websites with several other companies but for the past 25 years I have almost exclusively used Nativespace as their quick response and consistent continuity of service are vital to me and my online activities.

I have been writing web pages for a long time and the beauty of Nativespace is that they respond quickly and help you with anything that needs sorted.
Mission Critical - I think not
Before you ignore this and read the 5 star reviews yes, I can agree the customer service is quick to fix things but I should not have to keep using them.
So many issues and many you will not even notice unless you take the time to check them properly.
For example:
Paying for a RapidSSL certificate but you end up with the default free "let's encrypt" certificate because they dont actually install it. You will not notice this unless you take a deep look.
Paying for a dedicated IP - I did this but they never set that up either so i cancelled that.
In the past this provider used to be reliable. Over the last few years with a "Mission critical package" which I pay a big premium for they are constantly breaking my website. I should not have to check my website on a dialy basis to see what they have broken.
They will do random things like moving me to a different server and breaking DNS records or forcing a new PHP version update that can break existing code.
This is a joke! I used to host another site on their non mission critical package, they lost the entire site because they deleted the backups before taking a backup and had a hard disk failure. They lost EVERYONES data.
Why am I being charged so much for a mission critical package when they keep breaking things?
So while you can give 5 stars to the support team for fixing things that are broken I can only give 1 star for the service.
