Its just a secured loan against non mortgaged homes.
Well that was a waste of time. Its nothing more than a secured loan against homes and guarantors even if business loan request is 50 times that of the loan. No interest in the business side of things that I could see. If wanting a secured loan against your home there are far more suitable options out there. But I guess if there's enough desperate people that don't realise what they're signing upto, thats where they make their money i guess. Of course speculation on my part but a spade is a spade in my world. They flagged my review as defamation so i've had to word this as best I can while making others as aware as I can. Make of that what you will.

Quick and speedy funding
We originally used Nationwide finance at the beginning of the year, when we needed quick funding and a start-up loan wasn't an option. After business being a big success, we recently came back for further funding for an expansion.
Joanne Stiel has been our account manager and been absolutely brilliant. I sent her an email on Monday, and by Friday we had the finance in our bank account.

Ben was very patient and understanding about our personal issues which delayed the process. He was very informative & helpful. The only downfall of this business is the continuous badgering of a review request. A message on WhatsApp & email everyday until you post a review really isn’t needed. I was of the impression that reviews were optional not mandatory.
