Quick, efficient.managed to repair but not completely as still showing where the stone had hit the windscreen. I was assured that the work done would stop any further damage.

Repairer was on time, polite and helpful. All completed and neat and tidy and not too long.

Took longer than anticipated, but the technician was dedicated to make sure everything was correct before he signed the job off

The service was great and carried out really in itself my only issue was that I had to rebook it because my first booking over the phone wasnt put into he system itself so had to phone again and book a later date. Other than that it was excellent the staff on the phone were very understanding and really polite as was the gent who came out and did the repair.

The man in the office was very friendly and polite. The windscreen was fitted very quickly within a hour. On the way home we noticed a loud rattle coming from the drivers door and windscreen area. We immediately turned around and returned to the workshop, unfortunately both staff members had left the office. We phoned the helpline and reported the problem later we received a phone call from the staff member that was originally in the office he told us that the fitter would come to our house that afternoon and sort out the problem. Later that day he called in to sort it out I explained that the window trim was making a rattling noise and appeared to be proud of the windscreen he pulled it of at the top and pushed it back on again and said that it was fixed. After he left we took it out to check if the noise had stopped it hadn’t stopped it was exactly the same. The next day i noticed the window trim was still proud of the windscreen, I removed the trim and noticed that one of the retaining clips was missing luckily I found it caught in the rubber door seal completely obscured by the rubber after cleaning the area I replaced the missing clip cleaned the area so that the windscreen trim could now seat properly and fitted the trim correctly. This took some considerable time and had it been done properly in the first place it would not have been rattling due to the missing clip. I think the staff were under pressure to get out to cover their mobile appointments and didn’t take the time to finish the job properly.

Turned up on time, nice friendly bloke to talk to.
Unfortunately he cracked the windscreen pillar molding trim on one side. That's not a major problem although it subsequently cost me £60 for a new pair but I'm annoyed that he didn't mention it. Also, he didn't put the dashcam wiring back in its original place so now I have to go and reroute it. He did OK with the windscreen but I'm overall disappointed.

Cracked windscreen on my Fiesta.Weston Super Mare branch. Really good communication though the whole process. Dropped the car off. Picked it up an hour and a half later. All done, polite staff tidy job, All sorted minimum of hassle. 5stars chaps
