Great communication from the start but some after installation improvements needed.
Great communication from the start. Efficient service, however the screen was not cleaned after installation and the interior car trim, seats and flooring were left untidy, with remnants of exterior dirt left inside the car. The inside of the screen still has a “coating” that I’m finding difficult to clean off also.

Would have been 5/5, but crack found in replacement screen. I was called to advise whilst en route to the appointment and had to arrange another appointment for a week later. Aside from that, very good communication.

They fitted windscreen at time and date as scheduled, no problem with screen. Just let down on replacement wipers, but their supplier failed to deliver.

I was well informed of the engineers progress through the tracker.
Then the engineer got in contact with me himself.
A very pleasent younge man arrived.
He sorted everything without a problem.
Explained the paperwork to be signed before and after job.

Had to wait all day despite a 4 hour window. Dropped off at 8:30 as advised and rang at 12:30 to check progress and hadn’t even started it
