Just a little disappointed that there was some glue or paste on the windscreen that took some effort to get off. I expected a spotless windscreen but it's better that what I had.

Rude & poor customer service
Booked a morning slot due to afternoon commitments, got there on on time & from the off the guy in reception didn’t even get up to serve me ,just sat there told me to leave key on shelf, bare in mind it’s a public reception & a £75,000 Audi.
When booking said up to 4 hours so expected lunchtime to collect but not heard anything so tried calling all afternoon with no answer, I decided to go through to see what’s happening & again not very helpful saying they’d had problems with the new screen so I said why didn’t you just let me know & he just shrugged his shoulders, I waited an hour outside then when the guy drove my car round he just said “this yours” & gave me key & walked away, so absolutely rude & poor customer service

Been waiting 4 weeks for a new windscreen, paid up front and have to chase weekly myself. Lack of communication, get fobbed off saying “passed to call centre team to follow up”.
Current windscreen will be illegal soon. Feels like they are not bothered once they have your money.,..
