Turning a small disaster on its head
Initial contact through insurance website failed but on checking if appointment had been made, the branch was very proactive and when the booking issue was sorted, they was able to squeeze my appointment in that day. I can't recommend them enough. Excellent service.

Good job and good communication
They done a very good job replacing my windscreen, although there was a mix up with the correct windscreen being ordered or delivered and needed to keep my car longer, the communication was very good.

Great Service
Great communication throughout the whole process. Booking process was quick and easy and being able to choose a date and time was really helpful.
The engineer called me when he was on his way and was friendly and approachable when he arrived. Fixed the chip in my windscreen quickly and efficiently.

Good experience
Very helpful and polite staff explained everything to me when I dropped the car off . Finished earlier than expected. Excellent communication. Went for the new wiper blade option . Very pleased with the result . I had originally booked for Monday but unfortunately had a blow out on the way, so had to reschedule. The rescheduling process was very easy and had the replacement fitted on Friday morning.

Efficient friendly fitter
Fitter phoned me to advise me when he would arrive. Punctual and efficient even though the wiper blade nuts/screws were ceased on. No mess. Nice clean screen.

Windscreen on my Genesis GV60 replaced…
Windscreen on my Genesis GV60 replaced due to an initial stone chip that I hadn’t spotted that then extended into a wide crack. Their first GV60! The staff were friendly polite and the work was carried out well within the time indicated. ADAS calibration also carried out. Very professional and recommended.

Because it did what it said on the tin. I dropped off my car, returned some hours later to find that it had a new windscreen and the interior had been efficiently cleared of broken glass. I paid my money, they did their stuff, everybody content.

No problem with the screen replacement
No problem with the screen replacement, after opening up my bonnet, I found that none of the trims had been fitted correctly and 2 spanners were left on the scuttle.
