Many of the ticket colors I wanted were out of stock. I had to change color do to other arcade/redemption center in my area were using simular color tickets as us. I only had a few colors of the big box qty to pick from.

Little Good and A Lot Of Bad...

Good: We get our orders quickly and the orders are always correct.

Bad:
1) Website stinks! Not user friendly! Can't order more the one item at a time on a page. Have to go back at the same page again and order another item, which is annoying when you want several colors of wristbands. Should be able to pick many items at a time that are on the same page
2) Often out of stock on multiple items. I was on the website today and you are out of stocks on 12 types of redemption tickets and have only 7 types in stock. How could you possible think that that is acceptable? This is often the case when I try to place an order
3) The very small white letters are hard to read on the black background
4) I had to call in for customer service and the staff was rude and short with me

Don't order over the internet. Best bet is to call

National Ticket had the products I was looking for and couldn't find anywhere else. The phone representatives were very helpful. Items shipped quickly. Beware of high shipping costs. Although the product prices were lower than competitors', the shipping charges were nearly double those of competitors, so I didn't save much money compared with other sites.

Once again, I am disappointed that National Ticket fails to announce their show special pricing on wristbands until the day the sale begins. I ordered and received my wristbands a bit over a week ago. This week, I see that they are on sale. I would appreciate more notice for upcoming sales.
