Coach seating uncomfortable.
Not enough legroom.
Relatively new coach made in China

The seats in the Chinese coach we travelled in were narrow, hard and uncomfortable.
One evening there were no gluten free vegetables. Mostly the food was enjoyable and the waiters were helpful.
My room on the 3rd floor was comfortable but i felt that the ensuite could have been cleaner and the windows need replacing
The staircase to the left hand side of the bar, which I used, was dirty and didn't look as though it had been cleaned for months.

Booked to go to Lake garda italy venice in june, Really excited countries never been before, Cant wait got a discount also, Booked easily always great holidays.

I hadn't been on a coach trip before but it was very well organised and our driver was superb, couldn't fault him at all. All paperwork came through with our tickets before the event and our hotel for a 3* was very nice. If any criticism it would be the length of the journey with thd pick ups but I guess that's just the nature of a coach trip.

I Recently booked a short event trip with National Holidays. It was very easy, I was not waiting long and the advisor was very polite and helpful and very quickly dealt with my booking.

The holiday was great in general

Staying at the Grand Hotel waa a nice experience.

However the check in was very slow.
Being a non meat eater.
The breakfast had plenty of choice.
The dinner not really.
The only other criticism is when we arrived in scarborough the going home pickup time went from 3pm to 1.30 without any valid reason.
Think it is important to stick to what you expect.
As I say. Was an enjoyable weekend and I would definitely book again.

Great coach, friendly driver and clean hotel with good food, whats not to like!

Great experience… the coach driver was so helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The show was fabulous and going with national holidays took the stress out of getting to and from the arena. We would definitely recommend this trip and would do it all again !

The overall holiday was great. Food, trips etc too. It was let down by very poor service on the return trip which has left a bad feeling over riding all the that we had just experienced.

Due to the route that was taken it took 3 hours and 40 minutes to get from Blackburn to Rochdale to then pick up 1 person, that was a 45 minute, 20 mile journey.
The company should have had a feeder coach that picked everyone up from the Manchester area and met at Birch services to then carry on the journey.
It took 7 hours to get from Blackburn to Scarborough, absolutely crazy.

Helpful assistant efficient and told me all I need to know.

Had a problem booking online wouldnt let me go any further to payment.
So i decided to book over the phone, and got it booked easily no problem at all, this is the first time i will be going with National holidays so dont know what to expect.

Enjoyed Scarborough and the Grand Was surpri no routine was ok. We didn't have any problems but a lot of others did. Bit of a warren easy to get lost and definitely needs a lot of work. No room service or even towel toilet roll top ups as we didn't stay 4 nights. Frightening lifts
