The team that came were amazing! The results surpassed what I imagined, they went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the finished result and even completed earlier than expected. The staff were all lovely throughout the whole process and communication was great. Couldn’t recommend this company enough!

Excellent staff at the Fires in Stone showroom in Cramlington and decent quote given and date booked. On the day, the fitters arrived on time and covered everything in covers to stop the dust etc getting everywhere and proceeded to drill and bash and bang doing what they do best, and then fitted the flue, hearth and backdrop. They returned the following morning and fitted the actual wood burner itself. All waste was tidied up and removed on each day. Brilliant. Plasterer arrived in the afternoon and did a fantastic job skimming the whole wall. We had to wait a week for that to completely dry then paint it. A few days later a fitter came back to fit the beam and we had a finished product and it looks brilliant! Invoice duly received and paid and the Hetas warranty arrived a few days later as well. 10/10 for every aspect of the user journey and no hesitation in recommending to others (or providing photos of mine if anyone asks for one).

We would highly recommend Fires in Stone for your fire purchase and installation. From the minute we walked into the showroom to installation we were put at ease. There was no sales pressure or hard sale, just helpful advice and options available. Fires in Stone went above and beyond and went beyond our expectations. We are over the moon with our log burner and would have no hesitation on recommending them to others. Such a fabulous family business.

Neil and his team were very professional, quick to complete the work to a high level, updated us with photos throughout the process and cleaned all the mess away afterwards. We were very impressed with the standard of work and the reasonable price charged. He was able to give good advice without pushing for the most expensive options. Neil was even able to make us a large cupboard lining and fitted it again at a very reasonable cost. We would recommend them highly.

I can't recommend Fire in Stone enough! From the initial conversations with Neil to the fitting was exceptional. I have never had a company who are as professional, tidy and respectful of my home. I had to replace the roof hood to the flue of my oil boiler. It wasn’t easy to identify the right product type and fit for the replacement. Neil of NationalFlues was extremely helpful in helping me through this which took a few attempts to get right (amazing patience on his part). Whole process was great from sales to delivery and even processing the returns and reimbursements that were necessary were straightforward and prompt. Cannot recommend enough.

I shopped with NationalFlues becasue of the prices and the part number listing for the MiFlues brand (easy to cross reference to the MiFlues Catalogue for exact dimensions, which is good for someone like me, who is not a pro installer).
Ordered in the early afternoon, delivered 8:30 the next day! Also got a friendly confirmation phone call after order just to let me know it had shipped the same day.

Been wanting to put a wood burner stove in for a while, and reached out to National Flues to help with a DIY install. These guys were brilliant , they helped me put together a requirements list; stove, flue, support brackets, lead flashing, ceiling vents and a slate hearth to meet Building Regulations. Delivered quickly from stock at a good price. Install went well and all signed off by inspector . Can’t thank these guys enough would highly recommend them based on; quality of products, design advise, prompt delivery and good pricing .

Fires in stone were fantastic from start to finish. They were professional in every aspect of their work. I was nervous about the disruption and mess. We had two stove fitted and had spent three years trying to decide if it was worth doing. The yes is - yes - do it. The fitters were exceptional and extremely respectful of our home. They were tidy and clean. They arrived on time and nothing seemed to be a bother to them. The quality of the work is of a very high standard and we simply love the stoves. Thank you! We live in a new build which doesnt have a natural chimney.
We were informed that we coild still install a multi fuel stove by having a false chimney built on a flat wall with a flue going outside. National flues & fires( fire in stone) were recommended so we visited their show room in cramlington.
Christine was very knowledgeable and helpful. They came out and did exactly as promised. Chris and Mark did a fantastic job and were very friendly and professional. I wouldnt hesitate recommending this family run business
