Amazing quality and super speedy delivery

Love the 3D bra the quality of it is amazing and feels like skin I have three of them.. However I was very disappointed with the boxer briefs he crutch is so wide it looks so weird I would have returned but unfortunately you can’t return them. And the crop top is extremely see through and the shape of the back of it is high so it spoils the look of it. Unfortunately the back of this has put me off ordering it other colours.

Excellent in shop service (Trafford Centre Manchester).

Sizing of the underwear is off. Same size 2 different styles one is good the other is tiny

The materials of the clothes was so soft against my skin however the sizes were cut too small and usually I'd like to ware bagy clothes there was not any bigger size from large in and large in some clothing was different. I am size 10 to12 and had to go for a bit bigger size which was not available only L size and that was skin tight, I think the cut is very small, so you can't just purchase it you have to try it on.

Also I recently brought 2 undwears and 1 bra and I used 30 pounds voucher and I was told it's 3 for twos so if you buy 3 you get 1 free underwarer so the 30 voucher was done from the 35 bra which 5 left the underwarer was both 18 each which I paid 36 pounds for them, so I didn't get nothing for free on 3 for twos as for the voucher I'm not sure what I got in 3 for two So not sure what happened there.

Also if you have any vouchers and want refunds make sure to ask questions because you might be forced to buy something else instead of getting your refund. I felt like I was not allowed a refund. So brought socks paid extra 2 and then I went back in to purchase more stuff

I do think that some of the item are quite pricey as it's not a designer brand. But the the material is soft. I recently got socks and they started to get bobling too quickly and they are not cheap.

If things were expalined correctly to understand when purchasing items in terms of the above would help any customer understand how the shop sells its service

The shop has some amazing clothes but I wish the sizes were cut slightly bigger as not all of us like skin tight clothes as an older women comfort is key,

The shop is amazing but browsing can be intimidating beacuse if you walk out and don't buy anything it's a different atmosphere I think people should be allowed to brows even if they don't purchase because tommorrow they might spend so much money on this service when they use the service next time.

Don't get me wrong I do like the clothes but this was my experience and I'm entitled to opinion, I appreciate the staff. But I wish that you can brows freely even if you don't want to purchase as we don't know what new and like to explore before purchasing.
Great staff nice little shop clean and lovely clothes

Lovely bras, but the fit is poor. Size medium in one was too small, and size small in another was baggy and gaping.

Customer service is also poor. It took 6 emails to get someone to listen and acknowledge that there was a problem on the website, which meant my return could not be processed.

Also, it says free returns - yet there is still a return fee.

Such a shame. The bras felt buttery soft, but it’s a firm ‘no’ from me.

A lovely trip to Narvvi in the Trafford Centre. Bex was very helpful today and sourced what I wanted very quickly. She was helpful and kind and allowed me to browse without feeling pressured. I love the clothes and the fabric is so soft and luxary.

Loved the shop and how lovely the staff are , I spoke to Eva who was the most loveliest girl ever . I recommended the clothing line to all my friends as it’s amazing and the material is incredible

I bought my first narvvi item yesterday and had come back for more again today! I’m going to need my whole wardrobe changed to all of their products. The clothing feel absolutely luxurious and so so soft! And great members in the store to help us out and Delia was wonderful helping me with what I needed!

Delia was a really helpful sales assistant who explained the technology behind how it works and told us the best way to wash etc for longevity.

I ordered size XS which was too small and I required size S. I wrote to Narvvi via email to ask about an exchange and if I could receive the 10% discount on first order when I ordered a replacement (correct) size shirt. I did not receive a reply. I paid for delivery and return and delivery for a second order. In the same week I saw on social media that a complimentary Narvvi underwear was available with each order but I never received it either. The size S shirt fits well and I wore it to the conference I was delivering a session in.

The order arrived in 48 hours...so quick.
Everything fits perfectly.

First went into narvvi in Manchester trafford center and bought the most amazing leggings , have since been back and bought many more things , I then went online buying even more an was offered firstly a 10% discount and then a 15% discount on my second order ! These clothes are absolutely amazing and the material is second to none … highly recommended , I’m hoping they will come up with an oversized hoodie very soon 🤞

Shopped here at the Manchester Trafford store billie was amazing she explained in detail about the clothing which sold it to me right away. I purchased some leggings, a Playsuit & a dressing gown. The material is like no other. So worth the money. Laura was super friendly too. It’s refreshing shopping somewhere where the staff are passionate about the brand. Lovely shop!
