I'm quite meticulous when it comes to renting cars, and Naniko is by far the best company I've found in Georgia. I rented from their office at M. Janashvili 3a in Tbilisi, twice — once for 8 days traveling across Georgia and into Armenia, and another time exploring the wine region and the desert area of Georgia. Both experiences were excellent.

Their cross-border warranty is the best priced I could find anywhere, which made a real difference for peace of mind when crossing into neighbouring countries. I'm always surprised how many people rent cars without proper excess insurance. If you're not getting it directly through Naniko, I'd strongly recommend getting it through one of the many excess insurance websites available, or through the comparison website you used to book the car — it can save you hundreds if anything happens to the vehicle.

Marita, the regional manager, was truly professional throughout — responsive, fair, and flexible, even over WhatsApp, which made planning and any last-minute changes really easy. I really valued having a direct relationship with the person responsible, rather than going through a call centre or generic support line — it made communication so much easier and more personal. Giorgi at the return process was smiley, friendly, and fair when checking the car back in, which made the whole experience stress-free.

As always, I took photos and videos at pickup and drop-off (which I'd recommend to anyone renting a car anywhere), and there were never any issues or disputes — everything was handled honestly and transparently. The cars are well maintained and perfectly suited for both city driving and longer cross-border road trips.

Between the professionalism, fair pricing, and genuine care from the team, I'll keep renting from Naniko over any other option in Georgia.

Really nice people - Lekso took us to the car and the lady at HQ kindly sorted our paperwork for border crossing in to Armenia very efficiently :). Nice enough car, very economical. Easy to communicate with and whatsapped me in advance to check all was well on collection time etc :)

Auto noleggiata a Yerevan e riconsegnata nella stessa sede.

Deposito cauzionale versato al momento del noleggio e cifra rimborsata in un mese.

The main purpose of my trip to Georgia was to attend a local rugby game that happens only once a year. Due to the Naniko complete negligence, I was made to wait over 3 hours, and they never provided the car, despite confirming the booking. As a result, I missed the game, and my entire trip was ruined.

Reservé un coche a través de su página web, eligiendo cuidadosamente el punto de recogida y el de devolución. Sin embargo, al llegar al aeropuerto, descubrimos que esta empresa no tenía presencia allí ni en los alrededores. Al preguntar a otras compañías de alquiler en la zona, todos confirmaron que esa empresa no operaba en ese lugar. Tuvimos que improvisar y buscar por nuestra cuenta cómo llegar a nuestro alojamiento, lo que arruinó todos los planes del viaje desde el primer momento. Intenté contactar con atención al cliente por correo: primero respondieron con evasivas y finalmente dejaron de contestar. Una experiencia frustrante, poco profesional y nada recomendable.

Never more they just charge more money for ‘damages’ :-D liars….!!!!

We rented a car (Dacia Duster) ad Naniko Tblisi in summer 2020. When returning the car at the airport, everything looked okay, there was no damage noticed nor reported. Nevertheless afterwards we were charged for a 'damaged tire', but there was no damage at all. After one reaction on our complaint by email (without any proper explanation), they stopped communicating. A bad experience!

Because of recommendations of my friends i used Naniko's service in Georgia and booked KIA Picanto. The car was in great condition, staff was extremely helpful and polite; As i haven`t been in Georgia more than 15 years, they recommended me great places to visit. Nice people, Great service and beautiful country.

I was in Georgia 3 weeks ago. It was my first time in this country. I had business trip, but I visited some places: Mtskheta, Kakheti and Tbilisi. I used car rental company Naniko's service in Georgia, we booked small car Nissan Micra. I paid 29$ per day and received high service and good car. I like this company and now, in 4 days, we are going to Armenia and we already booked the same car in Yerevan from http://naniko.am
