No shippment notification after 10 buisness days. No response to emails asking if its shipped.
From what I can see on their about page, this isn't an Australian based company either.
Can't recommend this company at all.

I ordered wall decals well over a month ago. They still have not arrived! I needed these by a particular date for a function. I contacted the company and they responded quickly and sent another package, however these still haven't arrived. Very disappointed.

The product has not arrived. The website clearly states that delivery would take 3–7 business days, and when I contacted the company, I was advised by email that the item would arrive before 24 December. It has now been over 20 business days, and nothing has been delivered.
After following up again, I was told the item had been “shipped” and that the matter was now my responsibility to resolve with Australia Post. However, the tracking information clearly shows that the parcel has not left the UK, meaning Australia Post is unable to assist.
This is extremely poor service, with misleading delivery information and a complete lack of accountability.

he customer service was absolutely amazing! The product’s super easy to apply, but you’ll need two people to do it together. The quality, outstanding.

Delivery takes about 7 to 10 days, but it’s totally worth the wait.

All in all, we’re so impressed with our new laminated doors. Love them! x

Wallstickers er flotte og nemme at tage på. Jeg købte dog 5 birketræer og på billedet var de forskellige, men 3 og 2 var ens, man skulle klippe og ændre i dem, hvis man ville have dem til at være forskellige ligesom på billedet. Derudover er de meget gennemsigtige, så dyrene kan ikke komme bagved træerne eller omvendt ligesom det er vist på billedet. Vær opmærksom på at de kun kan puttes på hvide vægge ellers kan man se igennem.

I wasn't sure when the item would be delivered and I received an email response quickly when I made a query about it. The response indicated when I should get the item, which eased my concern.
The item I purchased is lovely and will make a great addition to a nursery.

My package has not arrived despite receiving notification that it has. I'm worried that I've paid money for something that I'll never receive.

The sticker had great adhearsion to the walls and looked fantastic, my son loves them!
