Great Quality and Service
I have order several times from Named - and the products are always exactly as pictured and great quality. This time in particular I was very impressed with the service. I called for a last minute order and my personalised back pack was shipped the same day and I received it the following day in time for a weekend Birthday party!

Did my order on a Sunday and paid for express delivery as I need it for the next Sunday for nieces birthday only for it to come to Friday and to be told they didn’t have stock and I had to wait another week.. no one was going to notify me about the stock, the only reason I found out was because I called them.. I didn’t even get a refund for my express delivery cost.. probably won’t use this site again as I believe the service was quite poor
