So, against my better judgment, I ordered from NW a second time despite a horrendous first experience. Sadly, was met with the exact same bad experience this time around.

1st time - Went to Europe for a month and while I was gone, my NW order arrived. One item was sent in the wrong size, and when I contacted NW for answers, they basically told me it was past the X amount of days and could do nothing about it. I said this is kind of ridiculous, as you guys made the mistake in sending the wrong size, not me but there was absolutely no changing their mind. Took the $25 loss.

2nd time - On March 14, 2017 my order from Naked Wardrobe arrived in Canada. The order contained three items, of which, one did not arrive. I paid $20.00 USD shipping, $23.73 CAD duty, and $73.00 USD for the clothing - The item in question was worth $21 USD.

I contacted the company immediately detailing the issue, and they issued a refund without my consent for $21 USD. I had hoped for the item, or a similar item, to be shipped to me without having to pay shipping again, as I never would have paid such high shipping for the two items that had arrived. - I was also charged duty on the item that never arrived.

They replied back and did not want to accommodate me, but after some correspondence (5+ e-mails), they agreed to offer me 10% off and free shipping on my next order.

EMAIL CORRESPONDENCE: Naked Wardrobe: "Due to this matter we will be happy to apply a 10% off discount to your next Naked Wardrobe order. Please provide us with your order number and we will be happy to better assist you." "We apologize for this matter. Should you wish to provide us with your future Naked Wardrobe order number, we will be happy to issue a refund in the amount of your shipping fee."

I placed my next order on March 23 and e-mailed them for the refund. They refused to issue both and said I had to pick. I said that was misleading and refused to pick so they said they would issue 10% off. They did not want to honor their statement and I had spent an additional 79.00 USD under the guise of free shipping and a 10% discount. Finally, after THREE DAYS OF BACK AND FORTH, I said I would be forced to charge back on my VISA if they would not honor their offer, and AT THAT POINT they issued the appropriate refund, but said they would never refund me for anything again.

DO NOT SHOP HERE. If they make a mistake, which they have 100% of the time in my experiences, YOU WILL PAY.

Ok so I ordered from naked wardrobe just this past Tuesday 3/7/17 and now before I order from anywhere I always look at reviews of course and Naked wardrobe had soo many bad reviews but my birthdays coming up And they have this bad A** 2 piece so I went ahead and ordered now with all the bad reviews I still took a risk so today my 2 piece arrives and DAMNNNNN 💦🔥 it looks fuckn amazing I don't know what naked wardrobe others order from but my two piece looks like the pic a lil darker in person but it's pretty asl and from my outfit I can tell there clothes do run small but I'm 112 so if your A** ain't petite then don't go ordering sh#%t when you know the result now ladies stop ✋ being A** holes and give Naked wardrobe a name im here for them Yassssss 😩🙆

I've been buying from them for awhile now, I absolutely love this company, quality clothes great prices, super fast shipping ( I live in Hawaii) and get here in 3days!!! that's why I continue to shop here, I maybe shop here to much, I will say please make more styles of clothes, I love shopping with you guys and would love to purchase more, love the fabrics true to size unless stated other wise.

I am a first time buyer from Naked Wardrobe and because of their good quality clothing and fast delivery service I will be a returning customer ! I had bought 2 cropped hoodie set outfits and the outfits came faster then I ever thought, it had only took about 3 days for me to receive it . Also even though I was quiet skeptical about getting a size small the clothing turned out to be true to my body size ! Anyways I know a lot of people doubt ordering from certain sites because of all the mixed reviews and comments but I'll be the first to say its okay to order from naked wardrobe and it is a trusted site !

I ordered my package over a week ago and they still have not shipped..... It took a week for them to reply... And it was due to a high order on the same day I ordered ? So unprofessional. Do not order from here unless you don't mind waiting a few weeks for you're package !

I have ordered from them before and I was very pleased with their service and prompt responses. This time around they really need to hire new staff. I've come across the issue of coming to the conclusion that my items will not arrive when I need them. It'll take about 3days for my order to be even shipped? That's an issue.Understanding it is holiday season and they would know of this problem but do not let you know none of this on their website nor in your email. I've contacted them on Instagram and my comment had got DELETED by them. (how can you delete my comment but not respond to my question). I have also emailed them and no response. Very unprofessional and I will not be purchasing from them anymore. The quality of their clothing is very cheap and you can only wear what you bought about twice and then it's done for.

I have placed two orders since July 2017 and haven't received any yet nor a refund. Until now it says processing! I have sent several emails and an IG dm with no response.

Clothing is very poor quality, don't bother wasting your money on these items. Sizes are off, fabric is cheap, and not worth the money.

Items looks great in pictures on the site, but nothing close to what you actually receive.

I purchased 7 items . they were all too small . i sent it back for a exchange in size and they refund the money for one item without asking me and sent back all of the others because they don't exchange or refund bodysuits .. if you want to be in business you better open a store so people can try your clothing on.But you don't because then people will see the bad quality . Shame on you Forcing people to keep items they can't use . You are not equipped to be a E commerce store .. The 2 items i was able to wear are already looking 6 years old .. BAD quality , BAD Customer Service BAD Policies ... Online shopping has come a long way for these clowns to give it a bad reputation .. nobody will trust to buy clothing online anymore if they are not given the choice to return/exchange items. Disgraceful Business attitude !!!!!And KIM KARDASHIAN endorses this company!!!

Fast shipping, cute packaging, the clothes was folded nicely, did receive a tracking number. Great quality of clothes, did ordered the skirt as a medium and fit perfect, the vest I ordered as a large because I wanted a more loose look which worked. I will definitely keep shopping here & recommend.

I emailed them in regards to 2 orders I sent back and they never sent me a return confirmation issuing me my credit. They emailed me back and issued the one return totaling 122, and then they considered a 38 dollar credit due to no stock a return. I placed an order for a bathing suit and there website must not of been updated so they gave me my 38 dollars back when they couldn't even send me the item to begin with, so this is not considered a return. the 2nd return was another order of 4 items, I send 3 back for a total of 123 dollars, where is my refund. I have all my tracking receipts from the post office and it was shipped out weeks ago, and it shows it was delivered, I am now going to the usps to file a claim. Nice try nakewardrobe for considering the 38 dollars a return but thats not the way it works. I would like my money back, and I am determined to get it back, i have placed so many orders with them and never had a problem till now, and its not cool.

I decided to order the Barely There Jumpsuit because I loved the fit and look of it however when I received the item, it was not how it appeared in the photos online at all. I checked the model's height and measurements to determine the size that I should order. Like the model wearing the jumpsuit, I am 5' 3" and my measurements are also similar to hers so I thought the size Small would be my best option since it is stated that she is wearing a Small. However, when I tried it on, my breasts which are smaller than hers were popping out and the pants length is midcalf when I expected the length to be to closer to my ankles like the online photo. The jumpsuit was very ill-fitting and was not anything that I would be comfortable wearing out in public. The item was definitely different from the one advertised on the model.

I sent the item back and was contacted by their returns department stating that they would be sending back the item because of their return policy. I used a discount code therefore I was unable to receive a refund. When I contacted customer service, I asked if they could at least send me a size up or give me a store credit for another item of better quality and they denied my request. Naked Wardrobe uses a discount code of some sort very often therefore they must never plan to give refunds if the customer isn't satisfied. Needless to say, that was my first time shopping with them and it will definitely be my last! Pleasing your customer and quality and honesty in your products are good business and Naked Wardrobe just doesn't have that.

I really do not recommend Naked Wardrobe. I bought over $100 AUD worth of clothin (Barely there set, 2x sultry legging set and and jumpsuit). The 3 set I bought were the worst pieces of clothing I have ever spent my money on. The white sets I bought were completely see through, and the beige one was a completely different colour from what is displayed on the website (which I understand is probably a combination of the flash photography used to photograph the models and the computer screen) but I did feel as though the true colour was not properly represented. As they were sale items, I was automatically not going to be able to get a refund HOWEVER even if they weren't sale items, being an international customer I wouldn't have been able to get a refund anyway!! The clothes are terrible quality, bad fabric, poor workmanship, customer service is practically non-existent and I really really think they need to seriously re think their whole operation from production right through to customer service.

I was hesitant to order the 'crop me to capri, bathing suit in white due to the lack of reviews and the final sale policy. I was worried the suit would be off on size and be see through, but decided to go through with it after looking at the Instagram pictures of the suits. The suit was shipped out and arrived quickly, which is the only thing I liked about this company. First, the suit is completely see through. It is double lined but this does not help. The material is clingy and you can see everything. The top also has no alastic in the bottom seam, therefore I can't lift my arms at all without it pulling up above my chest. This is definitely not a suit to get wet or do anything in other than lay down and not move. I am extremely disappointed because they have a final sale policy on their suits and I am unable to wear it. I feel like I cannot resell this due to it being see through. This suit is, however, true to size according to their size chart. Their black suits would probably be okay besides the lack of elastic issue.

I felt the need to write this review because I was so pleasantly surprised with my order from naked wardrobe. I bought a white set that cost about $30. It arrived quickly, the material is pretty thick - definitely not see through, although I did need a bra under the top. The quality is a lot better than most fast fashion brands like forever 21 or other similarly priced brands. The fabric is very soft and comfortable. I own a considerable amount of high end clothing and I expected to be disappointed by this set, but it's actually made pretty well! Not to mention that the fit and design are incredibly flattering. My parents and boyfriend, all of whom have seen me in countless outfits, all said this was one of their favorites on me!

I ordered two swimsuits. I was charged. Had both items on my invoice online and in the package.. Got ONE swimsuit in the package with no trace of the other. They don't have a working phone number so I reactivated my Facebook to try to contact them and commented on Instagram in addition to many emails. Most of my IG comments were deleted. I got an email response saying they're going to refund me because the item was sold out upon ordering. Well if that was the case why wasn't I notified prior to being charged and having the order sent with HALF of what I ordered in it? I understand people make mistakes so just own it. They refuse to answer that. The fact I have to repeat myself numerous times each email is frustrating and ridiculous. They won't even compensate me in any way for their inconvenience-they just keep saying it was sold out when I ordered which is a LIE because again, if that were the case I should've been notified! I feel like I was ripped off. I ordered that item way before it was sold out and they keep saying they were updating the site at the time. It doesn't add up to how I was STILL charged for the full order and received half of it and was never notified of the other item being sold out. They also said my item won't be restocked but when I asked the designer they collab 'd with she replied to me and said they are restocking the item I ordered, so which is it guys? I really like their products and want to keep buying more, and become a happy and loyal customer, which I prob shouldn't after all this. I can only hope they improve their organization and customer service skills because I love their items.

First off I didn't receive a shipping confirmation email after a week of ordering, which seemed odd so I sent them an email inquiring about it. I got a response the following day saying my order was on it's way so I was content with that.

What totally blew my mind (in a bad way) was when I got my package. It was left in my mailbox and from the time I took it out I noticed my package was open. It wasn't torn, the seal clearly wasn't stuck together properly, also the clothes weren't folded but rather thrown into the bag.

I emailed them about this, plus sent photos and they denied any fault on their part and went on to blame the post office and saying that someone in my area might be tampering with my mail. So which one is it? The post office or a neighbour tampering with my mail? Mind you, all of my items were there, just in an unfolded mess with a small piece of wrapping tissue that looked like garbage. So, it was safe to assume that whomever eventually packed my parcel wasn't diligent in ensuring it was properly closed and then maybe along the way the clothes fell out!

They had a very "IDGAF" tone and if not for the items being final sale I would have sent them back. I shop online all the time and this never happened before so they are dead wrong for being so indifferent and not trying to apologize or compensate me in some way.

I have ordered from this company on numerous occasions. Their clothes do run small, I usually wear a small but with them I have to order a medium. I am 5'3 at 120 pounds. Besides that my review is about their turn around time on fulfilling my orders, I understand they may be a small company but they need to hire more people to help out with getting orders sent. You can place an order on a Monday and you wont even get confirmation that they filled the order until Friday or the following Monday. To me that is unacceptable of someone who has you pay a shipping fee because even after the order is filled and sent you have to wait 3-4 more days for it to even come. It's not as if I am ordering internationally I am ordering from with in the US. The clothes are okay, but I don't like the fabric pilling in between the thighs. Makes for a cheap feel to me. I love their style so I won't give up on them, I just hope over time they continue to make improvements to their line. After all the prices are decent and they always have sales (which btw they don't refund on coupon code are sales returns)

Not sure why other people are saying they've had bad experiences with naked wardrobe, because I have ordered from them several times and always have positive experiences! I own 2 NW body suits (mocha & ivory), a short turtle neck dress in rose, 2 NW tank midis (mocha & mint), NW crop set in mocha, and a sheer black stripe midi. All my items are perfect for the price I was charged, all were shipped really fast and all fit great and are accurately represented. I had one dress that I had to return (too low cut to wear to a wedding), I paid $40 for it and received an offer code for free shipping. All I did was repackage the dress & mail it back - I expected to be refunded $33 (figured they'd keep the shipping), but they actually refunded me the full $40 within about a week of me mailing the package. I am the person who HATES most Instagram boutique clothing & I don't trust hardly any of them - but NW is awesome!

I think all of the people who had order issues are posting here, and not the people who are entirely content with the company. So I'll be one of the 'content' ones to post here and even out the scale. I honestly never had any shipment problems with naked wardrobe. The clothes usually ship within a week. I also returned items back to them (for running big) and had no issues, received my credit a week after the shipment was received by them. Clothing wise, I love them! The dresses fit like a gloveee, and give me the best hourglass shape ever. I love the material! But make sure you buy the double lined ones (usually noted in the item description), as sometimes the material can be sheer especially in the lighter colors. The NW midi dress is a classic and one of my favorite dresses from them. Also the bodysuits are so soft and stretchy, the most comfortable I've owned. They also run really small, I think a size S from them is more like an XS which is great for me because I'm an XS in regular stores. So yes I shop from them a lot and the only time I returned something was when I ordered a sweater and leggings from them and realized it wasn't the best and they fit a bit large, probably because that's not what they are known for. So stick to the dresses and bodysuits and you won't be disappointed.
