I would give zero stars if I could. I recently placed an order that costed me $80 plus shipping. For some reason I haven't received a confirmation of the order in my email. I go check my bank account and my credit card has been charged TWICE. I immediately go to my account and see that there's no placed orders under my name. I try calling their phone number and OF COURSE THEY DO NOT ANSWER AND KEEP GIVING YOU OPTIONS TO REACH OUT TO THEM VIA EMAIL. After I sent an email explaining and sending proof of the charge on my bank account, I receive NO ANSWER. Obviously I didn't even have an order number cause I never had a confirmation email. THEY ALSO CHARGED ME $12 dollars for standard shipping which is ABSURD. After several times I tried contacting them they blocked my phone number and now I'm not even able to call and do not know what to do. They charged me $80 for a simple black dress and $12 in shipping and I got NOTHING, NO HELP.
This website is definitely overrated and their quality is below average.
BIGGEST DISAPPOINTMENT. I will definitely file a dispute with my bank.

This is my online store. Through this pandemic I’ve order from soooooo many places; Vici, fashion Nova, Shein, Camando, omg and from Good American and NONE of the mentioned was what I thought and wanted it to be. BUT Naked Wardrobe is my number one, I mean, I wouldn’t even need to go to a mall, that’s how much I love each and every selection.

I'm quite shocked at the reviews on this label. I bought a one-piece jumpsuit via Macy's and their quality is top-notch. I didn't see any real plus sizes that's why minus 1 star but that could be worked on. I went back to buy some more and they were sold out. I finally went to Macys recently and they were finally restocked. *sigh* but alas I didn't have the funds. :) I would totally support this brand

If I could rate zero stars I would. Absolutely horrible customer service, they don’t respond to emails or dms and they do not have an actual phone line to reach someone. Not even worth it to buy something

It’s so sad that so many negative reviews are left here. I didn’t order anything from them because of the reviews until I bought something that was sold on Depop just to see for myself. The quality is very good double layered so def not see through and the cut is perfect. Will now be buying a lot more. Don’t get put off it isn’t true

Can not get anyone on the phone to talk about an issues.

Very high prices and shipping for clothes that are pretty average. They'll often be falsely advertised and you'll receive something that is a different material than what was displayed in their pictures. The necklines on everything have no seams so they just fall down past your cleavage, if you let them. Sizing is too small and everything feels over-exposing.

They send me the wrong color for an item. Besides paying $58 for leggings I didn’t even receive the correct color. I took pictures and showed them receipts regarding their mistake. Instead if correcting their mistake they just kept saying it was the correct item. The package was never opened so I can show them I wasn’t lying but they didn’t want to correct their mistake. I paid $58 for an item I didn’t want and couldn’t receive a refund or exchange it. If I exchanged it I had to pay for shipping and etc. ridiculous company, awful customer service. Also

Excellent customer service. Love their clothes. Just all around a business that I enjoy shopping with. And let’s be honest, I rarely feel joy when dealing with these companies but Naked Wardrobe has truly changed how I feel!

Cute! But awful quality. I was out on a date and the body suit tore on me talk about embarrassing. I should have known when the ones at the house that I purchased started ripping when I tried them on… mind you I weigh 105 at best so nothing ever rips on me. Wouldn’t recommend, the quality is just so cheap.

Really wanted to love and support this company, but after a few orders over several years - I strongly advise you look elsewhere for your basics.

The items I ordered a few years ago were of poor fabric quality. They pilled immediately upon wear and haven’t sustained washing and line drying well at all. I’ve since donated a few pieces to goodwill, and never use others.

I decided to give them a try again this year - they’ve gotten their clothes into Nordstrom, and I assumed that meant the quality had increased. I was wrong. I ordered three items and none fit. One of which was a black jumpsuit that was so small (sizing has generally been inconsistent over the years) that i couldn’t pull it past my knees. Imagine my surprise, then, when I attempted to return the item and was told there were deodorant stains on it. I ended up being forced to pay for the item and a restocking fee, and when pressed, they sent a photo with dialed up contrast revealing faint white stains that must have already been there when they shipped the item, or incurred as they unpacked it.

I can’t recommend you spend your hard earned money elsewhere enough.

Their snatched collection is made of the worst quality ever. Might as well go to a rainbow... or any hood boutique to get the same thing for less. Just feels sooo stiff and cheap.. Like I burned 80$

I ordered a L ivory blazer and a XL black blazer on 6/20. The Large was too small for my bust and did not have a tag on it. I decided to keep the black XL as it fit. I immediately sent the white blazer back and stating on the return slip the blazer was too small and did not come with a tag. I was denied a refund stating I had worn the item and left its stained?? When I couldn't even put it on. I filed a complaint with the BB. Had I seen the F rating for this company in advance they would've never received a dime of my money. I'd rater sue them just for the principle and put the same blazer on in court just to make a fool of them a prove it by no means fits me.

Clothing is nice. Sizing needs to be updated. Shipping is expensive snd not convenient.

Customer service is atrocious. I had an inquiry about duty and taxes which I don't have to pay at all but they just ignore ant never replied.

I’m devastated after reading these reviews, I recently ordered a dress on March 15 to take my upcoming graduation pictures and HAVEN’T RECEIVED MY ORDER FROM THEM! It’s been 9 days I’ve been emailing them and NO RESPONSE!! They sent me a tracking number that worked for one day and then all of a sudden STOPPED !! I’m just so upset because if I would’ve read these reviews I WOULD'VE NEVER ORDERED !!!! SCAMMERS!!!

POOR POOR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I’ll never order anything again especially if I don’t know my exact size because they owe me a refund of $160 for purchasing and returning 3 dresses. I got little to no email responses and it is unacceptable. I wish I had a bigger voice to really let the world know how horrible their customer service is. I literally just want my refund for merchandise I have returned but instead they sent TWO MORE dresses. It’s like they aren’t even reading my emails. I hate this brand and do not recommend it to anyone. Save yourself the trouble.

If you live in Canada do not bother to order anything

I ordered two items on January 31st, not only did the price double (due to the currency exchange) but is it now March 2nd and I still have not received my item. I also had to pay taxes and duties on top of the items, and I now have to go into another designated Canada post to pick it up as requested by the "sender" which is Naked Wardrobe. Not worth the hassle.
