Ordered on the 12th December, it’s now the 27th and no sign of my order. I emailed on the 20th asking for an update as my order was showing as ‘Unfulfilled’. I got an automated response advising to send another email if the automated email didn’t answer my query. I’m still yet to receive a reply to my second email sent on the same day.

I ordered a present for Christmas on 12/12/2024. It hasn’t arrived and I’m still waiting on 27/12/2024. So far I cannot comment on the quality as I don’t have the item and my son hasn’t received his Christmas gift

I ordered a festive box for Christmas. I was concerned that I would receive it in time so I contacted them to check. I received an email a couple of days later confirming delivery would be in time for Christmas which was great. The actual marshmallows we delicious and we enjoyed toasting them, it was an extra treat for my Daughters Christmas Eve. Would definitely order again.

Tasty food if it ever turns up … which it hasn’t yet after 12 days! I’m hearing this a lot. Do t advertise if you don’t have anything to sell.

I’ve still not received my purchase!

My parcel did not arrive at all, let alone for Christmas! My order was placed towards the end of November. I emailed several times but hardly any correspondence from them other than what looks like an automated response. I'm still waiting for a reply for my request for a full refund. Very disappointing as I think the products would have made great gifts.

The parcel has not arrived yet. Ordered it 12 days ago. Have emailed the company twice, no response. It was supposed to be a Christmas present- too late now.

* edited from 1* to 2* as I was contacted on 27th December to check whether I still wanted the order or wanted a refund with the assumption it was lost before evri received it - I have received the refund, however disappointed with how the order was dealt with initially.
We ordered some festive sacks of marshmallows along with some favourites on 29th November 2024 with a noted extended delivery time of 6-8 working days given (can only presume because of sales & time of year).
It is now 26th December and our order still hasn't arrived despite reaching out to the Naked Marshmallow Co. who informed us on 16th December they would prioritise and it would be with us by the end of the week at the latest (21/22nd). The tracking shows that the delivery company were given details on 17th Dec but awaiting the parcel.. this remains unchanged. I have tried reaching out again but automated response that deliveries should still arrive before Christmas. The phoneline for customer service did not ring as it was transferred.
Really disappointed with the lack of communications and false promises. I don't yet know how this will be resolved.

Placed 2 orders on 10 December which were Christmas presents. One arrived on Christmas Eve. Still no sign of the other

Would give 0 star rating if I could! Ordered product 2 weeks ago and still not received. Customer service is nonexistent as I haven’t received any response to my emails or any updates. Will not use this company again.

I’ve not received the order I’m very disappointed as it was a gift for my son

Originally I would have given one star as a review… Christmas order that I placed early on the 11th of Dec was either misplaced, ignored or they were just overwhelmed. After several emails, none of which were replied to. Two days before Christmas it was rectified and sent special delivery to make sure it got to us on time,
Marshmallow… Delicious.

Organisation of Christmas orders.. shocking

Order placed for my family on the 1st December. Asked for an updated 11th December and was assured order would be dispatched within the week. The order has sat in the Evri courier network saying they are waiting for order to arrive with them ever since.
Very disappointing. Large order for Christmas presents. No response to emails and phone lines that go to full voicemail boxes. Generally a bad experience. Small company and I understand they hadn't anticipated so many orders but from ordering on the 1st December to not arriving for Xmas is not normal.

I've ordered previously and had good service. However on this occasion I had to follow up as was promised delivery before Christmas. Only then received an auto email telling me my order had been despatched. It arrived at 5 pm on Christmas Eve after we'd left home for a few days so not in time to be gifted until after Christmas. The delivery company Evri then left the parcel on my neighbours doorstep which is directly on the pavement. Thankfully no one stole it. While appreciate its a small company communication could have been better. I'd think twice about ordering again.

I ordered in plenty of time and needed this gift for someone prior to Christmas. Once it was not even dispatched by then and I realised you would not even get it to me for Christmas i emailed to ask for refund and forget order. Got daft email telling me that if things were dispatched by last Friday I would get by Christmas. But as mine had not been dispatched it was useless
They then went ahead and dispatched on Monday 23rd, great, with no chance of Christmas delivery, ignoring my cancel order. Dreadful when they state 6 to 8 business days on website and I have waited far in excess of that for it to be even sent out. Saying a small business means nothing. Do what you say or refund and cancel when asked.

Really disappointing experience this time having had positive experiences in past. Ordered 30th Nov for a bday present 22nd Dec, didn’t arrive until the 23rd. Initial email ignored, initial fb message ignored. Responded to 2nd message saying it would arrive by Xmas even though i had made it clear I needed it by the 22nd. Might have got here on time if they had posted next day to make up for the service but they didn’t. Failed to meet their own shipping guidelines. Disappointed and won’t order from them again.

Placed a Christmas order on the 5th December but it’s now Xmas Eve and still not received so have had to purchase an alternative present. (And can’t use some of the items for today as I had planned…) The emails sent have not been responded to like others who have reviewed which adds to the poor service. Would not recommend especially near xmas when it seems they’ve been overwhelmed with orders that they are unable to fulfil. A real shame as we have had the products before and enjoyed them. (Bought from a shop not online)

Update: Order has just arrived (a month after placing it) and one of the items is missing!! The box also says next day delivery on it so was only just despatched despite the label being created on the 20th of Dec…Would have been better if they’d had been honest and said these wouldn’t be sent until after xmas….Will not be using again.

I ordered my parcel at the start of December, and it still hasn't arrived. It's been almost 4 weeks. I am very upset as the parcel will not arrive in time for Christmas. It simply takes too long to arrive, if you want this product in time for an event, make sure to order months in advance. After looking at the reviews, it seems others have had similar issues.
