Ordered in September no email from company nothing.After waiting nearly a month I rang to ask where my order was.Man on phone says it’s being sent tomorrow nothing arrived.I rang again guess what they couldn’t cope with the orders they received on the promotion Xmas orders.Well don’t take as many orders instead of being greedy cap the orders and get them out do not recommend this company.Naked marshmallow no more orders from me 😡

For years we’ve bought their kits, this is a firm favourite for our Christmas Eve boxes every year.

We also buy these and give as gifts.

Lovely products and nice to support a small company. Great quality and fantastic tasting marshmallows in a lovely Christmas box. Bought for gifts as we had one bought which we love. Great fun to melt them with family or friends. Would highly recommend.

Great product, but my most recent order i paid £3.95 postage, however, i was unable to receive my order until i paid the post office an additional £2.40. I emailed naked marshmallows about this and they have just ignored me. Their lack of customer service has left me not wanting to shop here again.

Got my marshmallows on the 22nd of July and they were mouldy. I tried to rectify with the company,they said they would look into i had nothing else in response. I even chased the issue and nothing came of it. I then left a bad review but have just checked it was there and it has gone. Strange. The company’s customer service is poor and difficult to get a hold them in the first place. Do not recommend! I won’t be buying from here again.

Had a small issue that I couldn’t find my order online I emailed had a reply to with in minutes ! all solved in the space of an hour excellent service and my partner will have his birthday present on time . Can’t recommend enough

I've been ordering from Naked Marshmallow for a few years now, never had an issue.
I pre-ordered an advent calendar last month, with a few extra pack of marshmallows for an event, but because of the volume of the orders they had, they couldn't ship my order on time.
I contacted their customer service,
Simon was incredibly helpful, picked up my query super quick and provided me with a solution immediately.
I'm really happy with the support and service he provided today!
I wish more companies would have a customer service like Naked marshmallow! 100000% recommend!

Fantastic customer service, personal, speedy, efficient and clearly caring for the customer needs. Simon was so helpful and went above and beyond to help me.
The gift sets are AMAZING! Beautifully presented, great choice of flavours and actually just super fun for adults as well as the kids. I bought extra as Christmas gifts and my friends made me put another order in once they saw the sets!
I can’t wait to watch Christmas movies, drink hot chocolate and roast more marshmallows 😍

beware, this company use In Post for delivery hence we still waiting for our advent calendars after a week and half and In Post have no truthful tracking. Over 40 pounds out of pocket. Also they use a "no reply" email address for customer enquiries which is NOT monitored.. Draw your own conclusions. Found an email address on the web for them and Simon was not happy that I complained. Said its down to del agent not them.
Wont make this mistake again... beware

I was suckered into placing an order as they had a 40% off promotion that ended at midnight. Placed order and they took my money. That's where the story ends so far. No order confirmation, no dispatch, no goods delivered and no response to queries. Don't waste your time as the customer service is non-existent

Great marshmallows BUT poor choice using In Post, formerly Yodel, for delivery. A week and not arrived even though there tracking says out for del. Beware... also NM won't reply to emails after taking my wife's money.. won't buy from them again

Wow...@nakedmallow are the BEST marshmallows we've EVER tasted..Great flavours to choose from we went with the starter kit which came with Chocolate Orange and Madagascar Vanilla marshmallows and everything thing to get you started...We shared ours with friends around a fire pit whilst watching the stars..They're yummy, Go get yourself some I promise you they're nothing like you've tasted before

The packaging is lovely and service v good. These are quite expensive marshmallows but appreciate they are branded as high end. Purchased 3 boxes, my daughter loves marshmallows but did not like any of these unfortunately so we gave them away. Disappointing as they do look a lovely gift.

The most amazing milkshake I have ever had, even gave me a little wipe with it. The staff were super friendly too. Definitely hope to be back again soon!!

I managed to contact the business via social media not long after submitting my initial review. Simon dealt with my grievance, who I must say went above and beyond. He apologised profusely for my wmail not being replied to and said he investigate what happened.

He offered me the choice between a full refund or redelivery. I chose to have the marshmallows redelivered. A different courier company was used to insure that they followed my instructions (previous delivery was meant to be to a parcel shop). So everything was delivered as instructed and I collected my parcel from my local parcel shop.

I haven't given them 5 stars in this amended review, as something definitely went very wrong initially with not recieving my email. However, when I did get in touch with them, Simon was brilliant. Even included a hand written note inside my second delivery. I'd definitely recommend using this small business in future.

If you have problems contacting them by email, get in touch via social media. The response was very prompt and I kept getting updates in a very timely manner.

Initial review: I have used this company several times and never had a problem. I enjoy most of the flavours, although they are more subtle than others you find on the high street. Last week, however, my parcel was delivered and left in my waste bin. This really distressed me, as the waste bin is obviously dirty & the items inside are edible.

I couldn't get the parcel out of the bin either because it hadn't long been emptied. Which meant I had to get help or choose to pull the bin over sideways and crawl inside to get the parcel. I have Autism and can get sensory overwhelm, especially with food. So this incident was really distressing for me. It led me to missing an appointment I'd paid for that day and incapacitated me for the whole weekend.

I contacted this company via their email i.e. hello at nakedmarshmallow dot co dot uk . I emailed at 15:42 on Friday 20th June 2025 and again at 16:22 the same day. I still haven't been acknowledged, nevermind responded to. I have checked my emails every day, including my spam. There is nothing on their social media or their website to say they're behind with their communication. And I've recieved emails from their email address before. So they've left me in the lurch for a week.

The parcel company responded to me within a day or two and said they'd investigate. And obviously, this small business can't control how delivery companies behave. They can however choose which delivery companiesthey use.

The parcel is now in my home, but I haven't opened it. I can't touch the box because it was inside a dirty waste bin on top of rubbish; there's even marks on the front of the parcel from other things in the bin. I don't know if I'll ever open it, nevermind attempt to eat what is inside. I spent over £30, so it wasnt just one or two boxes.

My order arrived late and to make matter worse they sent the wrong item.. frustrating experience

I don't understand how these guys dont get 5*. Have always had amazing service and their advent calendar is amazing - I think they need to do a summer version though!!! Placed an order yesterday and arrived this morning - I was thinking it would all be a gooey mess and it was my mistake to order in this heatwave but no all perfect!!! Will only use these guys they are awesome!

Do not buy from this company, my order was failed to be delivered, they ignore emails and the phone is no longer connected. I eventually got a response from social media, where they claimed they had taken over the company from liquidation, and blamed the courier for not sending my order when clearly the courier had never received the order. Wish I had read similar terrible reviews on Trustpilot before ordering. Absolutely appalling customer service, if I could give it a zero instead of a 1 star I would!
