First and last time user. My order arrived but was delayed waiting for a Christmas item and most of my order was not for Christmas. An item arrived with Christmas branding when it wasn't supposed to (ordered early November). I emailed three times to rectify this but was totally ignored, so I gave up. Disappointing customer service.

What a phenomenal company.

I first had their advent calendar - and it was delish and a new experience. Due to my utter bereft feelings of ending my calendar on Boxing Day I promptly ordered a variety of other mallows.
They’re all freshly made - so even if you have to wait it is because they’re the nicest clouds on earth - and don’t have any rubbish inside.
Words and reviews don’t do these mallows justice! Customer service also couldn’t be more helpful when I contacted them for a “rush” job for a birthday.

Very quick and efficient refund

The Christmas advent calendar was amazing as always having had one for the past 9 years it’s my little treat at Christmas time. However the toasting pit wasn’t its usual quality as in other years and either wouldn’t light or would go out mid toasting. The gel rapidly went down as it’s the past there has been loads left to be used for other orders I would buy.

I ordered christmas gifts on 30th november and paid for delivery and my delivery turned up 20 days later. I emailed twice with no response and even threatened to cancel my order. The same happened last year and still no response. Although the products are good and I did order again, customer service is poor and delivery even worse.

Product was really good and has been when I’d ordered previously.
Unfortunately on this occasion the delivery time was well off, with no emails or communication to explain what was going on.
I emailed and had a prompt reply and delivery shortly after.
Hopefully it was just a Christmas blip and it will be sorted before next year

Was buying this for myself in Australia, the calender arrived quick with next day shipping (gosh I miss next day/same day delivery) so that my dad could bring it over when he flew for a trip in November.

Fabulous tasting marshmallows, I bought a couple of lots as presents. Receivers of the kits were really impressed. Would 100% but again and recommend.

Firstly, I'd like to say these marshmallows are absolutely amazing!! However, I placed my order on 3rd December, and after many unresponded emails and 2 phone calls later, I finally received my order on Christmas Eve! Yes, my order was for family presents, so i was panicking. I've ordered from this company for years, and never ever had a problem previously.

Fabulous advent calendar marshmallows, the other half thoroughly enjoyed each delicious day.

Ordered for a Christmas gift, excited by the lemon meringue my mother in laws favourite and she loves gourmet marshmallows, Order arrived on 23rd and the lemon meringue was missing or had been “replaced” with a jammy dodger I did not order. Emailed the company with picture as proof of wrong order and have received no reply.

Ordered a boozy advent calendar for my daughter she was very excited to start on day one but has she opened day after day she found 5 or 6 stuck in there little box manager to get some of the marshmallow out apart from that she liked it.

I bought 2 advent calendars , They were lush , only slight issue with pink marshmallow was very sticky getting out of each window xxx

They are the best marshmallows out there. Never disappoint in flavour and quality. Easy to use website and delivery was good. Lucky enough to live near the company and love seeing them in local shops too.

I placed an order for Christmas presents on December 2nd, expecting them to arrive within a week as promised by the website. However, it's been 13 days, and I'm still waiting! I've reached out twice via email without any response, and the phone just keeps ringing without an answer. I simply wish for some feedback! Although the gifts finally arrived on December 23rd, the communication and expectations fell short.

Absolutely fantastic. The marshmallows are out of this world. A small family run business who excel in customer experience and go above and beyond. My sisters and i have had the naked marshmallow advent calendars for the past few years too and they have been such a special treat. I recently made a larger order and have been chased by family members as to when they will be arriving 😂 that tells you all you need to know! Simon is also a credit to your team. Thanks all.

Absolutely loved the advent calendar. Amazing range of flavours and so much fun to toast them over the ‘fire’ each day. I had to share this one with my husband and kids so they’ll be getting their own next year!!! Customer service is excellent. Cannot rate highly enough 😊
