I'm rate this shop very low and I don't recommend them because they are ignorants and cannot be trusted
at the beginning of February, I ordered 9 hybrid nail polishes, one was out of stock and they wrote that they would return the money for this nail polish to the account I paid
after a while I sent them e-mails with questions about my case, - but no response from them
it's the end of March and I don't have nail polish or money back , they stole my money and they don't care - I do not recommend it
I don't buy again from them

Had to chase my order as never received an email or text with despatch notification
Received order shortly after with the complementary discount voucher

A great find!

Amazing range of products, colours I have been searching for with no luck I found them all on here. Very reasonably priced for high quality items. Customer service fantastic. 5* company will continue to use for all my professional and personal products.

SCAMMERS DON’T BUY

Do not buy from this company! They ignore my emails in regards to issuing a refund since they have taken over a month to deliver my goods. ( still haven’t received my goods and I spent £20)

Edit: I was promised a refund and the shellac I ordered in order for my faith to be restored in their business but I’ve only received the refund.

Good Morning Chanae hope you are well, Could you please do as you promised with the review other wise we are going to have to reply on there explaining that you didn’t put the door number on the delivery address and the fact that your order was half of what you said and the fact that as soon as we knew about your problem we acted straight away and gave you a full refund and offered to send you the items for free and you promised to remove. It will mean so much to us if you put the correct information or remove many thanks

Chanae you said once you received the refund and I said if you removed the review we send you the items as a good will now you are blackmailing us which is a different story and your items did not turn up due you to you not putting the number on the delivery address. We will of course send you the parcel once removed as you could just right another review but we are already out of pocket and you have already said you would remove as we resolved now what you are doing is illegal


Please do as you have said and we will do as we have you are yet to stick to your words.

Stumbled accross this online shop by accident and what a happy accident indeed! Amazing choice of literally anything you could possibly need for anyone starting up in the nail industry as well as many high quality items that can be used in a salon! Great prices and fast delivery. Will definitely be back, I bought a new e file as I am currently progressing with my nail skills and I absolutely love it

Great Customer Service

I ordered the wrong product for my needs, but there were no problems with a full refund. I would definitely recommend this Company and will use it myself again in the future.
