Dreadful customer service

Dreadful customer service. Ordered goods online over three weeks ago. Order never arrived and despite emailing the company on many occasions they have not responded. I want to cancel the order now and get a refund but there is no way to do this online. Emails are ignored and there is no contact number to ring. Worst customer services experience ever. I won’t order again from this company and would recommend others avoid.

Received my order but an item in the…

Received my order but an item in the box has been smashed and all the product lost. Contacted customer service expecting a response within 48 hours which is what they claim to aim for but it’s now a week and 2 days and I’ve heard nothing despite now sending 3 emails. How do they get away with this???? I paid through Klarna and have logged the issue with them so luckily I can prove I have contacted nailsinc several times with no response and took a picture of the faulty item, they should be able to help me out. Don’t use the website, just buy the products in a store if you can because if you have an issue expect it to never be resolved.

Non existent customer service

I ordered a few things from Nails inc as Christmas presents for friends and family. Only half my order arrived and chasing up the rest of it has proved impossible. I have sent 3 email with no acknowledgment and been trying to call them today and there is no answer and then the inbox is constantly full so can’t even leave a messages. I am so upset as it doesn’t look like the missing part of my order will be resolved for Christmas. So very disappointed. Avoid this company at all costs.

Customer Service complaints

Nails Inc are usually amazing at getting deliveries to me and are my favourite nail polish brand ever!! However, my Christmas order has been disappointing to say the least. I'd chased it because it was very late (ordered 26th November) and when it did arrive the nail polishes were missing (Royal Mail apologised). Contacting Nails Inc for replacement has been impossible, either by email or phone, so it's not great. Nails Inc, your Christmas period customer service is really letting you down.

Missing order

I placed two orders on December 5th. One smaller order was delivered on December 9th. However the larger order has yet to arrive 12 days later. I have emailed customer services twice but have had no reply. I am now concerned that this order (a Christmas present for my daughter) may not arrive in time for Christmas. I will not use this company again.

No customer service at all

I ordered and accidentally put in the wrong delivery address. Usually, this is easily rectified by contacting customer service, but Nailsinc doesn't seem to have an understanding of the term. Emailed three times, no reply, and get an email that my order has been shipped ahead of schedule. Brilliant. Will be filling for a refund with Paypal if they don't contact me to replace the now lost order.

AVOID!!

AVOID!!!
This was my first experience with the brand. No customer service offered by this company in any sense of the term. Order placed online from their own website on 19th November. Paid for delivery within 2-5 working days and money was taken straight away. Order still not processed 12 days later. No communication from Nails Inc since order confirmation on 19th. Only an email and postal address for customer services, no telephone number. Emails have gone unanswered as have messages on their social media pages. No option to cancel order on the website only to email, but again emails are ignored.
The company has a cheek to offer an online ordering system. Case logged with PayPal who thankfully I used for a refund.
I'll never buy this brand again!

Useless customer service

Useless customer service. Ordered over 2 weeks ago, shipment was lost from there warehouse before it reached the courier. Have been trying to reach someone at customer service was told the warehouse was looking into it a week later and now another week and nothing back despite several chases. Just refund it or resend it. Complete waste of my time.

So disappointed in this Big Brand Name

So disappointed in this Big Brand Name. Maybe if they put as much attention into their customer service strategy as they do to their shiny advertising campains, they would receive better reviews. They really let themselves down badly on this side. They show no sign of having values that put the customer at the heart of their business.

Received my first ever order only to find that 2 of the items don't actually live up to what they advertise. The colour changing polishes didn't actually work. After many Instagram, FB, email and twitter messages had no joy in getting this resolved. A courtesy response to advise you are investigating then a follow up with a solution is all it takes. Don't be fooled by this company and their apparently great products.

Nails Inc London (Online Store)

I received a bottle of Nails Inc polish in a beauty box from M&S a few years ago and was very impressed with the quality of the product.

Recently when in the market for new nail polish I looked no further than the makers of this wonderful nail polish. I was very pleased to discover they have a website.
They have an excellent range of colours and treatments, a vegan range and are cruelty free.

My order arrived very promptly, only three days after purchase and was excellently packaged to ensure no damage to the contents.

Unfortunately one of my items was missing. I emailed their customers service department with the email address provided and received a lovely response and resolution within 48 hours.

They not only replaced the missing item but very kindly sent it by courier so that it arrived the following morning.

I am very pleased with the products I've received and with the excellent customer service which is what has prompted me to write this review.

I will definitely buy from Nails Inc again and highly recommend them to anyone.

Do not use this company

Absolutely disgusted with this company. Colour changing nail varnish doesn't work got in touch via email they sent replacement still didn't work so sent back for a refund. have emailed them 20 times and the last 5 times they have totally ignored my emails. Would Never use this company again the customer service is a bloody joke. Took money but they don't know how to give back will now send a separate email again to see how long it takes them to reply fuming 😤

I bought products on the 3/7/2021,my order is still in processing but the money has been taken from my account. I have mailed for an updated and no one has the manners to reply. I have never experienced such poor customer service.

Order cancellation not an option

You can place web orders anytime, but you can’t cancel.
There is no customer service number, just an e-Mail address.
It’s as though they’re saying “we can take your money at any point, but if you’ve got a problem, there are a few hoops to jump through at specific times to get anywhere ....”

I ordered some stuff 2 days ago, but tried to cancel it 8 mins later, as I’d made a mistake.
No way of cancelling the order.
No one to contact, just an e-Mail address to write to.
I wrote. They responded this afternoon to say “already dispatched”. That’s great for the speed, but really poor for the customer service, as you have to pay for a tracked service to return it to them (their recommendation & reading their other reviews, I’d doubt it would be a good idea to return anything untracked).

So, I have now upgraded my review from a 2 star to 4 star, after customer services contacted me back.
I have been advised that “Due to the volumes processed by the warehouse, unfortunately it is not possible to intercept specific orders.” ... however due to the fact that I tried to stop the order so soon after placing it, they have offered to refund the return postage, which I think is a fair approach.

Another review change …

This is beyond a joke now. Since returning the items & postage receipt, it is now over 21 days. In that time you have had 7 e-mails & 3 tweets from me chasing this & just the 1 e-Mail reply to ask me to bear with you & 1 tweet asking for a DM, which you don’t accept!! … this is not good enough Nails Inc.!! Stop fobbing customers off!!!
You are happy to take payment for items immediately, but you are exceptionally reticent to refund customers where agreed.
I have tried to contact you by e-Mail & on twitter & via a trustpilot review with no success & there is no phone number on the website to contact you on.
Do you not realise that your potential customers can see these reviews & comments & how that impacts you? Why would they trust you, when your reviews clearly show dissatisfied customers that you don’t respond to, that don’t receive items & that you don’t refund?

Confirmed my order took my money and…

Confirmed my order took my money and sent nothing. Checked my order on website still in processing 1 month later. Have emailed numerous times no reply. Have tried ringing, mail box full every time for customer service. Have opened a case with Resolver only for this to be ignored as well. I honestly thought they had gone into liquidation as you can find such little information about trying to get hold of them. Surprisingly you can get a voicemail of someone in accounts payable but this doesn’t help me. They are just thieves. Disappointed that Martin Lewis the money saving expert raves about them.

I have reached out several times and…

I have reached out several times and they have not responded. I ordered 10 days ago on January 8, 2021. The transaction processed and they finished debiting my account on January 11. I have not received my order thought it says the fulfillment center is in Minnesota and I live in the midwest. The tracking page says still pending. I requested a refund and have not heard back from them about it. I have received packages via FedEx from other companies without a problem. Do not buy from here.

Do not use this company

Do not use this company, they do not fulfil their order, communication extremely difficult, basically a scam, parcel eventually arrived 6 days late and only contained part of the order although they say the order is complete. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

Zero customer service

Zero customer service, if you have a problem with your order they are totally useless. A phone number doesn’t exist to contact these people and they don’t bother replying to emails! My order has been shipped to the wrong address and I can’t do anything about it as I can’t contact anyone! Leave this place alone
