Exceptional Service …
The NADRA Card Centre were very quick to respond to my messages via Telegram and equally good to take my calls to address my conerns, if I had any, about the service. They processed renewal of my wife's ID (NICOP) quite efficiently once we got the ball rolling, which I received today after 5 weeks by DHL, which was a few weeks earlier than I was told for a non-urgent (slow) service that I had opted for. Money worth paying!

I needed a nadra card in an emergency and they said they would renew my card and provide a renewal slip. They are only efficient in taking money. I paid for the service then one day before my flight they called and said they would be unable to get me a nadra card or e visa. It’s now been 3 weeks they still haven’t refunded my money and are not replying to any messages. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I will need to go to the bank and ask them to refund my money once I return to the UK. They just steal your information, they should be deported from the uk.

Not official Nadra team. Do not use them.
I got my money back, which is surprising as other users have not been so lucky, however, my personal data is at risk, and Ive put others at risk by sharing their Nadra details. There are cases were people can do crimes in your name and its you who will pay the price. Im in the process of blocking and replacing them all. I simply cannot trust people that pretend to be officials. I was foolish to proceed when I heard I should install Telegram app.
If you want to be trusted and if I was in your place, I would do a video call and go thru the process with customers, including how I handle their sensitive data, but even then, they are at the mercy of official Nadra team who can deny your application, and these middle men cannot do anything to speed it up. So their fast track service is rendered useless.

Singularly THE WORST service I’ve had…
Singularly THE WORST service I’ve had from any supplier. The only efficient thing is how quickly they’ll take your money. The process took numerous weeks and as it transpired I went to Karachi AND returned to the UK and the card still hadn’t been received. I spent MANY, many hours corresponding with the agent and basically undertook the process of tracking the card myself. I had zero support from the agent except to say he was looking into it. I organised my mother’s ID card in Karachi myself and the process took 6 days end to end for a nominal fee!!! So my recommendation is to undertake the application in Pakistan. This UK service merely takes your money for doing very little other than forwarding your application to NADRA. They cannot and do not do anything else for the fee you pay.
In many circles this would be regarded as an elaborate scam.
Buyer beware!!!!

AVOID THEM
I applied NICOP for my daughter and was promised delivery in 3 to 4 weeks. They took money immediately and I booked my flight accordingly. When I followed up after three weeks, I was informed that my application was not submitted. Then they took extra money from me and promised a new date. I kept on calling them daily to expedite things but of but to no use. At the end, I just got a visa for my daughter as I knew that they would not be able to meet their promise. I would recommend people to just apply through the high commission as it is much cheaper and a very straightforward process.
