Nabru 

Had a delivery and collection, Kristian kept me fully updated by text from first thing enabling me to plan the day and then messaged a more specific arrival time. Friendly, helpful and polite.

I had a wonderfully helpful and knowledgable member of the team come and correct a few issues with the original delivery. I am not sure of his name but he was charming, polite and Greek. He gave and showed me tips on how to preserve the smooth look and appearance of my sofa cushions/ensure the foam remained in good shape and how to ensure things stayed in place. He also helped move a rug under the large u-shaped sofa and was so meticulous and respectful. I wish everyone who delivered items from other companies could be like this individual. Great product and great personal care and customer service.

The choice of products and colours is immense and does not affect the delivery time. Ordered East Sunday and was still here in 4 days.
I have a 400 year old town house, that's impressive to get anything inside, unless flatpacked. It fits. It's comfortable and beautiful colour. I might replace the foam seat cushions, but they are sturdy for now. My only grip was as I suffer from an illness that restiricts mobility, I paid for the installation. £95. However as only one person to unload and assemble I had to help carry and help to fit together as one arm was not going in. Not sure that paying for installation warrents you doing 50% of the work. But, the driver was lovely and patient and eventually it went together. Not sure it's coming apart again though.

He was friendly, polite and very helpful.
He suggested tips we could use in building the sofa bed which we found very useful.
We had confidence to build knowing that we had his mob number in case we got really stuck!

We have a very narrow front doorway and wanted a sofa bed for an upstairs study. The wide range of choices and fast delivery with choice of delivery date were a real bonus. Paid extra for assembly and driver whipped the parts upstairs and had it all put together and showed me how to use it within 15 minutes. Sofa is both firm and comfortable. I was a bit wary, but am very impressed.

We needed the sofa delivered at very short notice and Nabru were extremely helpful, communicative and responsive. Would recommend.

Nabru sofas are extremely good if you have small entrance and awkward spaces as you can make it fit. We are reasonably happy with the sofa. HOWEVER, the seat foam deteriorated and we reordered some to replace the collapsed seat foams. Lo and behold, the foam replacement is worse in quality that ever! The seats did not even perform for a month. So I took it upon myself to find an independent sofa seat maker that provides the foam that is also wrapped with some wadding which performs so much better! When I complained about the lack of quality I received a written equivalent to a shoulder shrug and when resending my request to return the rubbish replacements, they completely ignored my email and the re-sent email. This is extremely uncourteous and does not reflect the prompt reaction of customer service when you try to re-order items, in which case they are fast and helpful. I like the fact that the sofa fits into our space, the fact that it provides storage but the seats seem to go within a couple of years to the point of unusable. So, if you have a method to get a replacement sofa through your door, maybe consider getting a better quality one. Or if you need to replace the seat foam, look for a GB foam company that does much better stuff.

Bought our first Nabru sofa over 11 years ago and was starting to show a bit of wear and tear. So we updated the foam, got a new set of covers and removed a chaise to add an arm. So pleased with it and the quality, it looks absolutely amazing. Customer service and delivery were both fantastic.

Best customer service ever. Product had some damage which I sent a photograph of to Nabru Customer Service team. Within 2 hours a replacement part was shipped via 24 hour Express Delivery. Sofa bed is very sturdy, took 2 of us to assemble it. Only negative was that the option to have it assembled for us was not available in our postcode area so we had to do it ourselves. Instructions were pretty easy to follow with good diagrams of each stage.

We wanted to upgrade our existing Nabru sofa and were able to purchase new cushions and covers which were easy to order and fit. This made it a lot cheaper than buying a new sofa. This is a great service because new parts can always be ordered in the future. Unfortunately the delivery didn’t come on the Friday we booked and eventually arrived on Tuesday after several calls to customer services. When I posted this information in the previous version of this review, Nabru quickly refunded the delivery charge with an additional compensation payment. So, despite the delivery issues, I was happy with the Nabru response.

Good communication was made throughout the day to keep me up to date with the delivery time.
Kristian the driver/fitter was friendly and explained everything about the installation.
Work was done quickly and all rubbish was cleared away.
I was very happy with the service and happy with the final product.

We purchased plush 2.5 Seater Sofa Bed (fabric: Velvet - Marine). We love it, it looks great and is very comfortable. The fabric is nice and soft.
The sofa was delivered to us by Kristian, who was very professional and friendly. He explained in detail what problems we may encounter while assembling the sofa. We had to loosen one of the buckles, but other than that sofa assembly was very quick.

Loving my new sofa. Designed to fit into a small snug room making best use of the space. It's very comfortable and serm great qyality. Delivery and assembly was carried out quickly and efficiently by a very pleasant driver.
