Disappointed
How do you deal with a problem when there is no one to talk to on a phone. I have paid for a service and uploaded documents multiple times. One month later this is not sorted.
You've replied to my review asking for more ID from an employee not an explanation to your bad service. I'd prefer a full refund as this company is losing money not been able to receive HMRC letters. Disgraceful

Great Service!
Always super friendly staff who are a pleasure to visit. The service has been a great help knowing that mail is safe and sound and I dont have to be there to pick it up. Highly recommend, have been using this service for 5 years now, is great!

N1 mail Box 5 Star Service
N1 mail Box provides excellent and a professional service. Ken and her staff are always on point, never missing a beat!
It’s a joy to visit as they are always personable and very chatty without compromising service.
Furthermore the cost of having a professional mail box is a lot cheaper than many places in London. And NO hidden charges!
I would recommend N1 Mail box to anyone looking for either a business address or a personal one . Amazing.
