disgusting after sales team
This is the most stupid answear that I ever got from a shop. they dont even feel sorry and still make it complictede instead of just asept their mistake and send the rest of the products. So bad after sales team, its disgusting....

On their website there was a message saying "all products in 2x1".
I decided to buy 3 products, of which I received one unit of each.
I made a claim and without notifying me the company decided to refund me the money for one of the 3 products I bought.
The truth is that I am very dissatisfied with their response and the treatment of their after sales team.
Do not buy from this company, they advertise fraudulently and do not take responsibility.
They are cheaters.
