Great experience. Thoroughly recommend!

Brilliant session conducted by Harry. Very professional, with a really positive, helpful and welcoming attitude. Explained the nature of the test perfectly and was able to answer all follow up questions. Great experience and certainly a company I will use again for future tests.

I went for a vo2 max test and it was fantastic. Their located in a really grand office building on Finsbury Circus and have a smart "lab/gym" there. The session was extremely well ran and the information afterwards was great and very useful. My girlfriend bought it for me as a birthday gift and she could watch the whole session and ask as many questions as she liked too, which I thought was a nice touch. 10/10
Big shout to Ali who took our session and I would more than likely go back in 6/9 months.

It was my second Dexa scan and it all went smoothly and on time with very helpful staff who really knew there stuff i also had an RMR test done which was very informative and useful as a guide to my calories needed per day

I was seen for a DEXA scan. Seen before my appt time. Very interesting and informative. Was kept informed before, during and after my scan. All results explained clearly. Lovely team.

Fantastic experience and got such a good 1-1 insight into how the process works, and then again to go through my results. Left here feeling so informed and motivated. I will be coming back every 6 months for likely the rest of my life, as I feel these test are crucial to making sure your on track with your health and fitness.

I had a DEXA scan. The scan was done on time, without delay. Akash explained the process and the results clearly, gave me some useful targets to think about, and answered my questions. Overall, a great experience.

I had a Dexa scan which I found was very interesting and informative in giving me the knowledge I needed to improve my posture dietary and exercise habits. A good wake up call for maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

I had body composition Dexa scan recently. I was seen by Harry and his colleague ( unfortunately forgot his name) and they both shown great knowledge in the area. They carefully explained the process and answered all my questions. They were both welcoming and friendly.
Dexa scan and the 3D body scan it self was amazing experience which gave me an insight into my health and prompted my motivation to continue with healthy life style and also showed me the areas I will want to improve which I wouldn't know without the scan.

Was easy to make an appointment and MVM was very responsive to my questions. Tests carried out on time and with care. I have no benchmark for such tests so can only assume accuracy. Will be interesting to follow.

We're living in a golden age where these types of space age health tests are available to everybody and relatively cheap.

The set up at My Vital Metrics was very impressive and Ali was extremely knowledgeable and had some great insights.

Did the VO2 max with Harry! Excellent experience, would highly recommend. The VO2 max test itself wasn't as bad as expected (not to complete exhaustion!) Will be back in 6 months for a re-test.

This was a great, friendly, through and informative service that in a Short amount of time gave me advanced body composition and performance statistics and date. I’ll be going for a follow up and I thoroughly recommend this service
