I did a mock MMI with Reema and honestly found it really helpful. She was super supportive and gave me with lots of pointers and feedback for each station, helping me identify my weaker areas to focus on. Since this was my first mock MMI and interview, I came in quite nervous but the mock and her advice helped calm my nerves massively! She gave me tips on how to structure my answers better and to reduce waffling which was something I struggled with.
Special mention as well to Ojas who was excellent during the big group sessions and made them really engaging and useful. Would definitely recommend MyUCAT for interview prep!

MyUCAT was absolutely amazing for medical interview preparation. The lectures from Ojas covered a lot of general content for interview preparation, and there were also plenty of Oxbridge-focused sessions. I really loved the community aspect of it, where I got to talk to other students and we would meet up for hours every day to practice and question each other for Oxbridge prep. There are also small group sessions with a mentor, and I had Grace (for Oxford specific practice as well, since she graduated from Oxford). She was absolutely wonderful and practiced lots of questions with us, both Oxbridge and MMI. She taught us medical/scientific knowledge to prepare for Oxbridge interviews and was incredibly engaging and kind. Even for MMI interviews, she would point out unique points and give us advice on how to stand out. I really recommend this programme for medical interview preparation and I'm super glad I joined!

Overall, the support they gave us was very very good. Aside from all the paid features, Ojas' free strategic applications guide was really useful and was one of the main reasons I applied to most of the unis which I did. The big group sessions as part of the paid interview prep package were very useful but what was most useful were the mentoring groups which were split based off of the university which was your top choice. The Oxbridge mentor groups which some of us were placed into with around 5-7 people were very useful especially with the oxbridge interview prep and mock interview questions during those sessions which we had. I want to give a huge thank you to Alex Bulloso who was in charge of our group and gave us some amazing advice, tips and also mock interview practice. He was very useful for both MMI practice and Cambridge practice and I know that everything he taught us will come in very handy for my remaining interviews.

The Dental Interview programme was very well structured and all the lessons were useful and informative. Raihanul was a great tutor, very engaging and informative and gave great feedback on our questions and answers. He was also ready and avaliable to answer any questions that I had.

Thank you so much to Ojas and his team for helping all of us with the best preparation!! and the whatsapp group chat with almost daily updates and questions as well as the online mock MMI circuits which were amazingly coordinated!
A special thank you to Raihanul (group 8’s tutor) he was excellent and i couldn’t ask for better. We were encouraged really well throughout all lessons and provided with amazing tips for Dental interviews and useful feedback. I also had Raihanul for one of my mock interview sessions and i think that was also a fab session!! Thank you so so much for all the help these past few weeks Raihanul!!!!!

Grace was a brilliant small group tutor who gave an abundance of knowledge and advice for Oxbridge Interviews. Ojas' large group (200+ people) MMI sessions were super useful and to the point. There were also lots of extra Oxbridge sessions + A level sessions.

MyUCAT's interview programme has genuinely been the most helpful thing in my preparation, and I cannot thank my tutor Grace (& the rest of the team) enough! The tutor group sessions were an experience that I ended up looking forward to each time and truly was sad to have them end. Without Grace I can imagine I would have had a very different experience in my real interviews and the same goes the large lecture-style sessions put on by various other members of MyUCAT. Once again, thank you so much!

Faizan in the mini group sessions was definitely 5 stars, any less doesn’t do justice. He made a comfortable environment for us to speak our answers and ask any questions, he clarified all our concerns and motivated us to do the best we can. Always really kind and gave good feedback. Responds to messages promptly(unlike some of the rest of the team). The rest of the course was also good but I think the mini group sessions were my favourite part and we made new friends and it boosted my confidence when answering.

Thank you so so much to Alisha and the MyUCAT team for making the experience so enjoyable and interactive whilst providing so many materials alongside daily access to help. Alisha has been so supportive along my journey and I couldn’t have asked for a better tutor! Not only have the resources provided been excellent, but especially the free 1-1 mocks provided. My mock with Reema was especially useful as I learnt many things that I did not know of before.

MyUCAT has two amazing and talented tutors for UEA!!

Rosie is an incredible tutor with fantastic advice. She has a unique bank of questions that allows you to deepen your understanding and interview skills. She has a lot of helpful insight into interview question structure and gives you clear next steps to improve your interview answers.

Sonali is another wonderful tutor whose conversationalist style to giving feedback boosts your confidence. She has lots of university specific facts that makes you feel much more prepared to take a UEA interview. Her feedback is concise which allows you to target your weaker areas making you a stronger candidate for interviews.

Overall both Rosie and Sonali have supported me during my interview journey making me feel more prepared for my UEA interview.

My UCAT has been so helpful in improving my confidence in attacking the dental interview process. The sessions were filled with structure tips, lots of useful information and Umama always made the sessions so fun and engaging. Thanks Umama for all the feedback and all the time and effort you put in.

The entire experience was made to be specific to my chosen university and very representative of the real interview. The feedback was extensive and very informative and helpful and made to ensure that I perform at my best at the real interview. I can’t thank Rola enough for how much help she gave me!

My experience with MyUCAT has been extremely positive; as an aspiring dentist they have helped me so much towards achieving my goals. Specifically, I would like to mention Umama Fahad: she has been an amazing tutor. Not only has she provided me with valuable information and knowledge but also helped me to grow in confidence when combatting interviews and more importantly grow as a person. She is always ready to help and goes above and beyond to maximise my chances of getting into dental school and I couldn't thank her enough for it!

The mock mmi and interview lesson was so helpful and in the last station I had Jenny Chen who was honestly amazing. We had time left in the end and she answered all my worries and questions and was overall so so helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Very comprehensive + engaging sessions and both the mock interviews I had (w Amna and Sonali) were very helpful as they gave me constructive written feedback and I got an insight into specifics of both the medical school interviews.

My experience on the Dental Programme has been really good! The support and guidance given my tutor Isabel, along with the way the content was structured made the interview process a lot less daunting.

At the start of the programme, I wasn't very confident with interviews and the way I communicated, but Isabel created a comfortable environment where I felt encouraged to improve and do my best. Her feedback is always personalised and constructive which really helped improve my answers and confidence overall.

Even outside of lessons, whenever I have any questions, Isabel always replies with a clear and detailed response which I really appreciate.

The MyUCAT team and my supportive and helpful tutor (Umama) have been so helpful for my interview prep with well structured lessons and great personalised feedback. I signed up to the Medical interview programme after finding MyUCAT's strategic application guide extremely comprehensive and clear. I also was on their free WhatsApp group which helped me during the summer with my real UCAT exam.
The interview programme has been wonderful. The weekly interview lessons have been high quality, and have taught me everything I could possibly need to know for any format of interview. The bonus of a biology and chemistry lesson every weekend, plus maths and occasional extension lessons has been a great addition. Nothing was too much trouble for Ojas to organise. The teachers for these are knowledgeable and respond well and promptly to questions (from myself and others). They are all recorded and uploaded online so they can be rewatched for revision etc. I also had the opportunity to attend an in-person mock in London through the programme and the feedback I received was very helpful.
Another bonus of the programme was having a group of c.200 students in a similar position, many of whom have applied to similar medical schools to myself.
I would definitely recommend the programme to anyone looking for next year.
