Ordered it looking through website but they dont deliver from nz. It comes from China. Order shirt for my hubby 1 month ago did nt receive the shirt yet.. worst experience please don't go with it

Didn't read the reviews and wish I had. Ordered T-shirts from this company (thinking from the website they were based in NZ.) Was supposed to be a surprise reveal to my family that I was pregnant after some previously sad experiences. Ordered this 2 weeks prior to the reveal, but it didn't arrive until over a month after the order. Plus (my bad), I did not double check the sizing, thinking this was a NZ company so based it on NZ sizes... so when all the T-shirts finally arrived we found they are all too small. I take responsibility for the wrong sizes of the shirts, but am extremely disappointed at the websites representation that this company was based in NZ.

The quality is not what I was hoping for but the big thing for me is that there was no indication that these were coming from China.
I am big on buying nz made especially during covid and prefer supporting local stores. This website gives the impression of being physically based in NZ. Also, I needed the shirts within 2 weeks which is doable if located in NZ but not if located overseas and during Covid times.

Same as the rest! No indication that shirts are coming from China and they are asking for unpaid customs duty to be paid by credit card. I also wish I'd seen this before I ordered. DON'T buy from them.

Disgusting company. Wish I had seen the reviews first. 40 days and no items. Not NZ company at all. Need to get fair go involved

For starters the Dunedin address the company uses doesnt exist: 51 Uxbridge Street, Normanby, Dunedin actually only goes up to Number 29.

So your return gets sent to nowhere, and that's if it ever arrives from China.

Zero star if there was an option and a compaint to the commerce commission if not Police. If you want cheap and nasty and late, order from here, or just aliexpress and pay 3 times less with free shipping.

Worst site to buy off - stay well clear ordered a top thinking it was a company based in Dunedin as there website states, two months later no tshirt no reply from them no refund .Bunch of scammers

Same problem as all the other reviews here, they dont carry any stock and only order from China, its been 35 days plus now asked for refund, still no answer. Please stay clear of this scam company, I will be reporting them to Trading Standards.

Don't buy from this place all a scam they use a NZ address and then you only find out from tracking number they ship from china been several weeks and no T.shirt🤬🤬

I wish I could give 0 stars! Shocking! This company is listed with address in Dunedin so I assumed they were NZ made shirts. If I knew they were coming from China I would have bought on Ali Express as at least they offer free shipping. Have emailed customer service to express my concerns and have not had a response. It has been 16 days from the last update on my package and it’s still “departing from Guangzhou“. I find this company website deceptive.

I purchased a shirt before seeing these reviews. The company website is now mytshirts.co.nz. It has a nz physical address on the website but days after I purchased I got sent a tracking number saying its coming from China. Its still at the China airport now. Needed the shirt for fathers day. Hoping the quality is good. If I knew it was coming from China would never have purchased. :-(

Ship from China

Doesn't tell you on the website but these guys ship from China. No idea how long this is going to take.
Wondered why an $18 tshirt cost $10 in shipping.
Will not be buying from this company again.
