Trinibox has gone from responsive to completely absent.
I have sent 3 emails requesting to cancel my subscription by replying to the address I received emails from.
They saw my 1 star review and responded that I should check the email address I sent it to because it is another email address.
Forwarded my 3 emails to the new email address and they responded that my subscription had already been cancelled - even though they had apparently not received any of my emails requesting cancelation.

You could plan the speciality boxes and let persons know in advance all the items that would be inside. My friend loved it, but the January eco box was not what I expected. How about every month you include a seasoning / spice or a local jam or pepper sauce from an artisan.

It was an ok box. Again, you're paying for something blindly & it would be nice to get some full size items in the box as well.

My trini brother living in the US was very surprised and happy to receive his Eco my trini box.

If I can make one suggestion....maybe shipping for cmas can be a bit earlier my daughter in New York didn’t get her box untill January.. but I totally appreciate your prompt emails whenever I contacted you!

Love your boxes. I noticed that January’s box was noticeably smaller in its contents. Hope that this isn’t a new 2021 trait 🙏🏼

Loved it. This box made the perfect Christmas gift

The items really had a sense of nostalgia being a Christmas box that put a smile on my face for weeks. My only issue was packaging - one bag was leaking cornmeal and one bottle had a small spill. Without these issues would be 5 stars. Well done overall though

Absolutely love My Trini Box! I got a subscription as a gift for my husband who was born and raised in Trindad. He LOVES getting his box each month with surprises he misses from back home!

This box has given me a taste of home and given me the ability to savor some wonderful foods, and memories from when I was in Trinidad. This is a great idea to provide this service. I recieve my Diwali box and can't wait for Christmas box. I am beyond happy and is a subscriber... A happy one at that.

Love it! Pure nostalgia! It was so much fun opening each box. Nicely packed!

The packaging was terrible. The stuff arrived in a box that was busted open. Most of the biscuits like the rough tops were crushed and some of the packs were open causing biscuit crumbs to be everywhere. Most of the rough tops had to be thrown away. Very disappointing because the rough tops was something I really wanted. Overall the problem was the way the stuff was packed. Now more than ever because of the pandemic how can you trust something especially food stuff that arrives open.

The diwali box was my absolute favorite! True depiction of a Trini Diwali, brought back so many memories..I enjoyed all the snacks and thought the tikka stickers was a really nice idea. Well done! I was really pleased!

I bought not 1 but 4 boxes thinking I was getting I guess the box with Kiss cakes, Cheezees etc. But I was sent the box of the month for October whixh was very disappointing in its entirety. I was very hurt, because I am out of 140 dollars that was designated for gifts for Christmas because I refuse to gift these items due to its undisirable content that in my opinion did not scream the sweet islands that I am from Trinidad and Tobago. The customer service was very eloquent in there response in letting me know I am unable to return the boxes. So be mindful when buying items that you know it is money down the drain if not completely happy with purchase. I will NOT TRY support them again any time in the future and you should think slow and hard before making any purchases.
