A very third class service, I bought ticket Manchester to islamabad and islamabad to Jeddah then Jeddah to back Manchester, as I tried to fly from islamabad they cancel my ticket and I was stuck there on airport, this is disgusting. Later they refund me just 200

They are fraud . I had a very bad experience with this company. I was dealing with the name Suneel, we agreed for price of the ticket and paid in full , they used Air Arabia as the merchant. But when I was about to get my ticket , they didn’t give me the tickets. They said they are going to refund my money so they called me 6 times in 3 consecutive days , asking for money again to process my refund, the name of the person this time is called Raj from the finance department. They are fraud please be careful.

WARNING- scam Indian company. Do not pay them for a flight. They just turn money into rupees at your expense. They will not be buying you a flight and you will not get any emails. FRAUD company. We rung them thinking they were dial-a-flight and they said they were.They weren’t. Be careful if Indians answer.The bank has refunded me but I hope these 3 Indians have been caught. We were booking a flight on Etiad but weirdly AirIndia took the money out of my account, alot more than the flight was as well.

Complete scam. Take money, say they are ATOL protected, send loveholidays ATOL certificate. Use merchants like netflights, Qatar, Emirates, so make you think it’s legitimate. Do not trust Rahul, Roman and Rowan. Complete liars. Never returned a penny. List £10000, was promised amazing holiday. Now they have blocked me.

My Travel Group scammers using info@skyways-ukthey are Bastards liars always changing names they Took almost 5k£ from me book ticket and never issue any tickets be careful don’t book with them always changing names

My travel group are a bunch of lying crooks. I also contacted Southall travel and got through to my travel group. I booked my trip and received all of the booking confirmation details. upon trying to check in the night before my trip I was told that the booking was never made.

I complained to them they told me there was an issue with the payment but then nobody contacted me to tell me this. I would have turned up to the airport had I but tried to check in before hand. I ended up having to rebook my trip with another agent which cost more money. Their finance manger Rahul confirmed via email that I will get my money back and the difference now they are not picking uk my calls

This is a total SCAM of a business. STAY AWAY if you want to lose money. My mother in law was searching Southall Travel and these guys popped up. She spoke to someone called "Omar". She had a good price on tickets; maybe too good the person put flights on hold but when checking in the flight operator said the ticket was not bought. She recieved confirmation but no flight was ever booked
DO NOT USE THEM
