I was bought an item for personal but my address was big yellow so it's diducted 25% of my original purchase amount also i have to paid £20 posting charge for it's returned, even it was shipping issue from them, wrong item received, do not buy from them, customer service not good,

They sent the wrong item and did not answer the phones. Very disappointed. Initially rated 1 star but have now upgraded because of the great customer care. I'm guessing I didn't get through because it was just before christmas when everyone is either busy or closed. I returned the item and received a refund. Thank you very much

Faultless service for my Leaf Blower order. Ordered Sunday, delivered Tuesday with messages updating picking, packing, despatch.

The delivery was a little later than I was told - however, as the item was being transported to the north of Scotland, this was understandable. As this is a gift, it has not yet been unpacked. I am, however, blown away by the level of service and communication received.

The Bosch pole hedge trimmer is probably of superior quality to my last trimmer, but just a little heavier which will require me to build some muscle!

I ordered a hedge trimmer on 25/08/24 which was in stock on their website but got an email on 27/08 saying they don't currently have any and that the item will be shipped on 09/09. I wanted the item sooner and if I knew they didn't have any in stock I would have ordered from another website which was £30 cheaper and had stock coming in on 03/09. The email I recieved updating me about the shipping delay had no mention of an offer of a full refund and is likely more hassle than it is worth.

Avoid shopping here if you need the item in a hurry.

A little slow in sending my hedge trimmer but otherwise no complaints

Exactly what I ordered, shipped right away, no delays, good price.

Flatly refused to exchange product when I explained that the pressure was disappointing

I have bought from tool shed also trading as tooled up previously without issue.
My second purchase with this company, was a Bosch universal cut with a nano saw blade.
Upon receiving the package it was apparent by the tatty box that not only was it a customer return but it hadn’t been checked.
The saw blade attachment was broken-I contacted the company with a photo and what should have been an obvious simple replacement of the saw blade that I requested was not to happen.
I was told I had to return the whole unit and “if” it was apparent that it was faulty I would receive a refund.
Needing the item I sent the package back and reordered from the same company.
I then received a email to say they can send out the replacement part rather than refund.
So then I had to request the replacement order to be cancelled.
A few days passed and the replacement arrived-however it was just the saw blade not the whole unit.
Once again I had to contact the company who apologised and advised they had received my return and once checked they would send out the replacement bare unit.
The best part of a a week had passed and the unit had not arrived, contacted them again to be told they are waiting for my return.
Ultimately I had to call this company to state that tracking states that the return had been delivered many days ago as confirmed by themselves.
I was met with a poor excuse that they are short staffed and don’t know why Debora told me I had to return whole unit blah blah blah, and that they are trying to fulfil orders for customers and haven’t got time to deal with my return-I simply pointed out that I am a customer.
I requested a new unit not the unchecked return-I received the unchecked return back a few days later.
It appears that when it is straightforward they are an easy enough company to deal with, but ultimately the right hand doesn’t know what the left hand is doing.
Poor customer service and poor attitude.

They offered the best value for money and next day delivery. Everything was completed as promised and the product is excellent.

Good price, the best. Good communications. Arrived on time.
