I recently bought a lovely pyjama set from this online store and found it to be great quality. The delivery was super quick, their prices are very competitive compared to other stores. Would highly recommend.

Ordered a bra from this company through Amazon but it didn't fit. The company was very helpful in providing a return address and assured me of a full refund, including the return postage.
After returning the bra, I heard nothing and received no refund.
I chased them but still heard nothing, so I reported this to Amazon, who made me wait even longer, but eventually agreed to send a refund (without the return costs!)
By this time, of course, it was too late to leave feedback on Amazon's site - canny lot, aren't they?!

Seller dispatched items in a timely manner, however, they never arrived, as the courier returned the package to the seller. Prior to the package being returned, the seller was contacted and support to step in requested by me. Never received a reply, and have not received a refund either, resulting in PayPal being contacted and a dispute being raised. Seller also appears to have blocked me from buying on their site, which is egregious behaviour really from a business.

I received my producto , it doesn’t correspond to the illustrated image. I wrote a email and they haven’t written me back yet.

Please , I just want a solution. My order number is 6258.

I ordered an underskirt which was delivered within a few days, great service and free delivery, marvellous.

Unfortunately one of my items never arrived in my order. I did try to reach out via email to enquire about the item which was never delivered and when I can expect a refund for that item, but I have not received any response back unfortunately.

I understand items are cheap but I got something with a stain and tried to contact the seller twice and didn’t get a reply.

Bought lingerie. Really good value for money

I have bought 3 surfer suits, but the quality was dreadful. Still I was willing to use. However, they sent me the wrong size, and when I contacted the customer service their side went dead silence. No body answers, nobody says yes or no. You are basically abandoned. So never buying there again in my life.

I placed an order and after receiving it I found it was not what I expected and everything was also too small. Since I have had email contact explaining I want to send it back they are not responding. They don't give me a return address and are ignoring my countless emails. Im afraid this is NOT a trustworthy site!

I have only given 4 Stars simply because I find the habit of asking for feedback all the time very irritating. It is a modern habit, personally I think a business should confidently know they are giving good service and not need to ask for constant reassurance. Grow up and know if you are doing well. Stop being tiresome babies.

Service was fine goods arrived & as described & good quality
However , wasn’t sure of length & from where to measure from it would have been easier to determine which to order if had said measurements are of garment from top of back to hem or something similar . Ordered long length to be safe Luckily able to cut & hem again myself .
