Horrible company. Item never arrived. Their shipping stated it was. However wrong address. But they will not help due to it being delivered….tomthe wrong address

If I could give no stars or even Negative 5 stars I would.. this is a complete joke.. 0 customer service.. 0 communication... it's awful.. they take your money and then you're beat.. don't waste your time here.. go somewhere else and actually get when you paid for cause they use a garbage shipping partner called piggyship which believe it or not is even worse with communication!! Do yourself a favor and don't give them your money.

These are the cutest, most thoughtful gifts to give and receive. I ordered 2, both were very well received!! Will be ordering again!!

i ordered and paid for the expidited shipping, still dont have my order and the tracking system does not work. i wouldnt trust them with a penny at this point.

I noticed the ad on social media and thought that this was a really intriguing gift to give someone you love. So, I ordered this gift with a picture of my then girlfriend (now wife) and the song that was playing literally as I began proposing to her. She opened this for Christmas and she loved it! It’s now on our fridge and it sends us down memory lane every time. Thank you!!

Good luck waiting for your order. I ordered a few weeks ago and still waiting on my order. That's because I paid extra to speed up the shipping speed. Their tracking system is the worse I have ever seen. Highly recommend looking elsewhere for a similar product. Now lets see if it gets here before Xmas. Horrible customer service as well.

Received my order and half of the picture frame was missing .This was supposed to be a main gift for my fiance and 6 days before Christmas there is no way i can give it to her.Not to mention the frame is very poor quality. I would stay away from this company.

I received a magnet ordered as a holiday gift. I opened to check it out and noticed a scrape on one of the pictures. I emailed customer service and immediately received a response that they would send a replacement. It may or may not be here for the holidays, but I was extremely satisfied with their service and would order again in the future!

Super cute personalized refrigerator magnet. Shipping though took forever and tracking isn’t up to date. I would order again. Customer service was always responsive and as helpful as they could be seems they can’t see the tracking either.
