We recently purchased office furniture on line from Full Range Furniture, (9 items in total) The website is easy to navigate and process of ordering on line was a breeze. The furniture ordered arrived withing a few days and the delivery guys were both helpful and polite. Unfortunately 3 of the tables had faults / issues. This was a manufacturers error and not caused by FRF. Jamie from FRF customer services arranged swift collection of the faulty goods and promptly issued a full refund to our PayPal account. Overall a great experience unfortunately let down by a supplier to FRF.

I had an issue with a chair I bought a few months back, and the team were really patient with me as they sent me replacement parts from the supplier and got it all sorted. Really appreciate the help. Great customer service

I received my otterman base within a week of ordering. Unfortunately it was faulty. Customer Services were very apologetic and offered an exchange but I decided to return it for a refund. Customer Services were very good. They picked up the bed within a week and a few days after that they refunded me.

Order placed for a desk on the Friday, saw the order update come back from a different name than the website so checked trustpilot and was concerned at the amount of negative reviews. Rang on Monday to follow up but received a dispatch email at the same time and the desk arrived within hours. Excellent service and happy with the product.

This is my second reivew of Full Range Furniture.
I ordered a Miami Bedframe and then a matress. The bed frame arrived promptly and is a great product.
I have just recieved my matress amnd was informed by phone when it was arriving by the driver, who arrived to the minute of when he said he would at 1pm. The driver was great, a very nice bloke and did a great job of manouvering the delivery vehicle in an awkward space - I couldn't have managed it! He is an asset to the company.
The mattress is perfect and was a great price.
I note mixed reviews for Full Range Furniture, but both of my experiences have been excellent and well deserving of 5 stars for the products, the people and the efficient deliveries.

As with the reviewer called Martin, I read these reviews after ordering and also panicked and worried. I ordered on Easter Monday and received my office chair today, so seven days. And I asked for the chair to be assembled so that is very good. I did email the company and had a response, with a telephone number on it too. I would have given five stars but I did not receive any notification that the chair was coming, luckily I am WFH. Also confusingly the chair turned up with an Amazon parcel for my neighbour. They need to keep people more informed but apart from that excellent. The chair is fine and just what I wanted. It was also about £20 cheaper than on another site. I would use again although I have to admit that if I had read these reviews first I would not have. Belinda.

I ordered 2 corner desks on Tuesday night at 1030 pm they arrived today (thursday) at 230 pm in perfect condition. I only read the reviews after ordering and I have worried non stop, but there was no need. Fast delivery, exactly what I wanted, nice and strong desks easy to build. Perfect.

Only niggles are they give you a number to track delivery but don't tell you which courier, and I sent them an email with a few questions regarding delivery but they didn't bother to reply. So probably should only be 4.5/5 but to help put people at ease I picked 5.

Great service and product. Had an issue with the connection for our superking base which was swiftly resolved. Communication via email and phone personal and efficient. Highly recommended.

Dishonest advertising claiming a chair was real leather when it was bonded leather, so called ‘leather’ because it incorporates scraps of leather remnants, which comprise between 10-20% of its content. The scraps of leather are made into a pulp and stuck to a fibre or paper backer which is then coated with polyurethane and embossed to give it the appearance of genuine leather. However Full Range Furniture charged the price of a genuine leather office chair. This chair is adverised elsewhere on the Net by more scrupulous companies at a fraction of the price and as bonded leather. Bad quality and very poor customer service.

I wish that I had read reviews here before I ordered from these people. O ordered a set of furniture for my new home study. In summary, it was not delivered as promised - some was sent, some of what was sent was of the wrong material and had to go back and be replaced. Promises of delivery dates were not honoured and I am still waiting for parts to finally assemble my desk. I would certainly recommend that you avoid them - thye were trading as Chair Office for my order.

First ordered 2 desks last year, only one desk arrived! Second one did arrive. Ordered office chair mat showing as in stock, it wasn't! Cancelled order. 21st Feb 2021 ordered cupboard to match my desks showing in stock. 22 hours later received email to say stock feed not working over the weekend, same BS as last time. I didn't realise data feeds don't work at weekends!!!!!

Waited a week before telling me they had discontinued the product I ordered, and did not apologise when doing so.

I ordered chair A (ready assembled) on 11 Feb and immediately got an email saying there'd be a 2/3 day delay because of covid. I left it till late of 14th and emailed. Got a reply very late evening saying they'd emailed me on 12th to say chair A was out of stock. I hadn't got the email. Then I saw some recent reviews and my heart sank ... However, after a few very swiftly answered emails about my options I then phoned on 16 Feb; I got straight through and made my decision for chair B rather than wait another 10 days for chair A. I mentioned the poor reviews and was told yes, there had been delays with a few containers, but chair B was from the UK. I was promised chair B would arrive by tomorrow latest and that it would be easy to assemble. It arrived today. The code to access the assembly instructions didn't want to work, so I rang and again got straight through and was told the instructions would be emailed today. In the event the chair was super easy to assemble anyway and looks good. I don't normally post reviews but felt they deserved this review for their service.

Been waiting now for 3 weeks and still no sign of my chair that should have been next day delivery. Tried emailing them for a refund, no answer. Trust me, buy from these and you loose your money. Go's by the name chairoffice as well.

Do not ever buy anything from this company
State next day delivery then when you pay it could be up to 3 day because of covid

Possibly the worst online shopping experience I have ever had. Ordered 7 pieces of furniture on a next day delivery and 3 weeks later I only have 3pieces. Everyday I'm told it is coming the next day and everyday they say something has gone wrong and it will be tomorrow.
Feel sorry for the people working there as by the sounds of it loads of people have been let down but that doesn't solve my problem.
Real shame as the pieces I have are lovely but the customer service is truly appalling.

Furniture company not capable of supplying furniture. Ordered a desk and 2 shelving units. Turned out the shelving units were not in stock so would be delayed. Never did get a confirmation of delivery date by the time a cancelled the order.

The delivery of the desk arrived damaged. To be honest it looked like a manufacturing fault as there was no chip in the box. Chunk out of the top of the top panel. I was a little annoyed it was sent like that, but willing to accept that mistakes happen at this point.

I asked for it to be exchanged and this was arranged. The 2nd one was so badly damaged on arrival that I didn't need to open the packaging to see the damage. One of the components again had damage that I can only imagine had been packaged up like that, no chips etc in that package.

I asked for the 2nd delivery to be exchanged. No one confirmed when the 3rd delivery would be coming, even after I chased it. I waited in 2 days despite really needing to be in the office. On day 3 I had to go out and confirmation arrived that morning that the delivery would be that day. Typical. Had to wait for redelivery the following day. 3rd Desk also damaged. They had assured after the 2nd one that it would be packaged much better. Yet it arrived in identical packaging to the other 2.

Finally, 12 days from my original order, I cancelled the order and asked for a refund. I cancelled the whole order because I just don't trust the company or their ability to provide their products anymore. No sign of a delivery date for the shelves at all by this point.
The company has arranged to collect the damaged desk, but is yet to issue a refund. I paid by PayPal so really don't see what the delay is.

Utterly useless. Ordered and paid for 2 wardrobes in a dark grey colour. 3 incorrect deliveries later and months after I paid (they kept sending the same wrong colour) despite speaking to both the actual manufacturer and to Full Range furniture, sending emails with pictures of what I'd ordered so everyone could see and agree......but no, they still couldn't manage to ship the right units. Now they won't even answer their phone!!! This has been the single most frustrating attempted purchase of my entire life. I'm 52.

I bought a chair from this company which was clearly advertised as being leather. When it arrived it was plastic. Despite complaining at no point did they admit false advertising. Do not buy from these people - its a scam

Bought a bed from this Company, the bed broke after 13 months.
I had to take them to County Court for a refund as they were unwilling to accept responsibility or repair the bed.
We won at court and got our money back plus fees.
I would not recommend this company and would never shop with them or any of the linked companies again.
