Alice did a fire and ice facial on me and was a lovely treatment. It's the first one I have ever had and she put my mind at ease throughout and explained every step and the benefits which was nice. The overall experience is great and she was very knowledgeable and gave great advice for aftercare. Would highly recommend.

Really lovely experience at MySkinGym. Erin at customer service organised my consultation at their clinic in Windsor. The consultation was thorough and with great honest advice in terms of the treatments relative for my needs. I had a Fire & Ice facial and left glowing! Loved it so much I bought a course of 6. I am also having laser hair removal and was concerned that my leg hair was too fair (with fair skin). I have completed my second session (of 6) and hope to see good results soon. Finally, I also booked a course of SkinPen treatments to help stimulate collagen production. 2nd session and I can see an improvement already.
Apart from the treatment, the staff are wonderful and their customer care is excellent!

I have nothing bad to say about the experience in fact I’m even thinking of becoming a member I loved it that much. Stuff are very friendly!! Sonia did such a good job with a hydra facial and answer all my questions. Erin from customer care was amazing quick at communicating back. The place and room is really nice felt luxurious really looking forward to coming back!

I had SkinPen treatment at My Skin Gym Windsor. I would say location is very luxurious. I arrived 15 minutes earlier and sat in very cosy luxury drawing room of Christopher Wrens Hotel. The therapist greeted and escorted me to treatment room exactly on time. I was offered tea . Treatment room is modernly equipped and very clean. I was explained each and every step of the treatment which was very comfortable experience . After my treatment consultant explained me the post care. I had loads of questions in mind as I had never had such treatment before.she patiently answered my queries and signed me up for theirf monthly membership. I wish this business very best of luck as no doubt it’s a great addition in Windsor. Highly recommend this place

Today i visited the Wrens hotel & had a wonderful Hydrafacial with my skin gym. My skin complaints lay with feeling dull & lifeless & starting to see signs of fines lines. My skin was left super soft & noticeably hydrated. I have to say as a therapist myself i enjoyed the experience very much, I definitely will be urging my friends & family to visit & try!

It was my first time having a medispa treatment and I opted for a Hydra facial and I wasn’t disappointed. Every stage of the treatment was explained and awards my skin was glowing and felt baby soft. Very pleased with the results and would highly recommend.

My skin gym has the most advanced machinery, have the best customer service and are very professional!
