I have owned microshares in 3 horses. Terrible organisational culture. Utterly disgusting customer support. I have been trying to withdraw a small amount from my account for 3 months. They take an eternity (two weeks in some instances) to answer an email, and email is the only way to contact them. They somehow feel justified in saying that a withdrawal takes 15 working days to arrive in your account. And even then it doesn't arrive, and they blame you for entering wrong details, which given I always copy and paste the details is rubbish. Worst company I have ever dealt with.

I enjoy having the experience of "owning" a racehorse without the ongoing expenses. My Racehorse is great about keeping owners up to date on their horses. I think that most of us started with that one purchase and then quickly added to our "stable". All in all, it's been a fun and exciting experience that I will continue to enjoy and one that I would definitely recommend.

It is fun and exciting to have a little piece of a real racehorse. Whenever I am at the Racetrack and a MyRacehorse is running, there is a separate area and you meet other racing fans

It is great to be involved with racing as an owner without a large investment upfront. I have been in the winner circle only one time at Gulfstream Park with "Here's the Kicker". It was an experience of a lifetime.

MyRacehorse does a good job of keeping me informed about my horses.

I enjoy being part of the naming process and love the training updates. I have watched the Kentucky Derby since I was 5 years old (65 years ago!) and it has always been my dream to own a racehorse, even if it is just a microshare. Thank you for this opportunity.

Even though I am a very small owner I get all the videos of workouts and commentary like bigger owners. It feels like I am in the loop. I am also told how my horses are doing and the plans the trainer has as far as entering races. I was able to get to the winner’s circle at Oaklawn which was my goal when I joined My Racehorse. That was a bucket list moment for me as I have been going to Oaklawn for over 50 years and always dreamed of getting there!

The events and access to facilities is great.
The Facebook experience could be much better. The "community" is not what I expected.

Good updates

What I enjoy about MRH: learning about the sport, business. people and horses.
Even though MRH events are not near me, I like these events are offered.
Being part of an equine athletes journey is fun.
I appreciate: videos, updates (written and video) from trainers.
Having good response to my questions from MRH staff.
I respect: MRH committment to the athletes after their career is done.
The care given for each individual athlete by vets, grooms, trainers, ex riders, jocks.

It's exciting to watch a young horse develop from the beginning but understand that not every horse will be a winner. As the say in Kentucky: "breed the best with the best and hope for the best"

First of all, everyone needs to understand you do not join My Racehose to make money. It is about the experience, however after being an ‘owner’ for 3+ years and owning multiple horses. I have NEVER won a paddock lottery. Full disclosure, I only buy small shares of horses, but it would be nice if we were considered. I’ve seen the same people in the paddock from the times I’ve attended the races with a horse I own. However I would recommend this outlet if you love the game. The little folks like me would appreciate being considered but I do understand you need to keep you high shareholders happy. Thanks again My Racehorse for the ride so far.

It has been fun having even a tiny bit of skin in the game. It does become frustrating when horses are held out of action for months but that's life in horse racing. One suggestion I have: give us some stories with insights and background on people responsible for our horses, whether it's the breeder, the trainer, the jockey, the hot walker, or whomever.

I really enjoy the excitement of being a partial owner of a racehorse however, I currently have eight horses that I wanna share of but until today it had been December 12 since any of them have raced. I know it’s a gamble with horse racing, but it seems like I’ve got a lot of horses that don’t wanna run. Hopefully that will change soon especially now that we’re racing at Keeneland and I’m located 7 miles from Kingman overall it’s been pretty fun.

I fully enjoyed witnessing “my stable” of horses grow and flourish under the expertise of “my trainers “. Being an “owner”, renewed my interest in the Sport Of Kings. I had nothing but positive experiences. Will do this again.

I love horse racing and MRH gives me the opportunity to be a part of it without the huge expense of owning a horse. I have enjoyed the ride completely and hope to continue it for as long that God allows me to be on this journey please continue to do this business is beyond beautiful. Especially thanks to Maddie she has done and continues to do an amazing job.
