Is there an option for zero stars? Was promised an order ordered on Monday for the Friday after. Was told the items were nearly ready on Wednesday. On Friday, still nothing had been sent and indeed one of the items has had a delay. Paid extortionate delivery for this to arrive in 3/5 business days. Nothing was stated regarding excessive time to create the items in China. Extras are added at the checkout illegally. I asked where my order was, and said it’s pointless if it’s not sent today, so indeed my order is now on hold. Funnily enough they tried fo charge £9 cancellation for the item they did not have in stock. Started to receive different communication from people once a day. No wonder the issues- google a Hawaiian shirt. They’re all the same company. Frauds until proven otherwise.

Really really terrible product and very over priced. Really disappointed.

They automatically add £7 worth of fees for 'VIP service' and 'shipping insurance', so you need to be careful. 5-8 days shipping is a lie - it takes at least 2 weeks. Product is also very poor quality for the price of it. Only wish I read these reviews prior to my order.

Terrible. My order had actually arrived in UK however it was not delivered. When queried they told me it was still being handcrafted and was in shipping. This was a lie as it was in Royal Mail depot somewhere. I have never received the item but now they say it has magically been delivered and doing everything they can to avoid a refund (which I am sure I will not get)

Do not buy anything from this company.

Bought a pillow for Christmas on 2nd December...still hasn't arrived.

Spoke to customer services and their go to is the item is with a courier service in your country then just stop emailing back when you enquire further.
Use an app to track but gives vague information.
Wouldn't surprise me if the item hasn't even been made/sent and they are taking people's money.
My advice is use a more established company without the fake 5 star reviews.

3/ My order magically got returned to Hong Kong in 1 day after being undelivered

My advice would be not to use. Xmas present now not turning up because of these clowns.

Ordered a shirt with dogs head print, the shirt was sent with the line of the print not straight so half the head was cut off . Contacted customer service, basically not interested and just argued via email. Would not use again, fabric very bad quality also. Not recommended

All of these bad reviews had me nervous so I contacted PhotoBoxer. They got back to me and said my order was being processed and would be shipped in a week. I received my order a couple of weeks later. The quality was better than I expected. They also take payment through Paypal which protects the buyer from fraudulent transactions.

No issues! I’ve seen the reviews for myphotoboxer online (admittedly only after I placed my order) and was a little worried my item wouldn’t arrive or it would be substandard tat, but no, it arrived and is quality!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. The quality is extremely poor, their products are not as described. Postage so very slow and their customer service is non existent

Ordered dog photo PJs as a gift, nearly £60 so was expecting high quality. Photo quality was good, fabric feels like nylon. Arrived like a crushed rag and the button holes hadn’t been cut! I had to cut holes and iron before I could give. Forgot to take photos so company weren’t interested. Would not use again!

Please do not order from this website. You will not get your product in time or maybe at all and when you ask for a refund, they refuse to the amount you spent.

Wish I read these reviews before purchasing. I live in the US but I’m assuming it’s the same. I would give them 0 stars if I could, but I did receive my order so I guess that’s something. HOWEVER, my order came in wrong. I paid extra for added text on the waistband and received it with no text whatsoever. So frustrating as I bought these with plenty of time in advance for a gift & expected them to come as ordered. I will say they are comfy material and would be good if I got what I paid for. Emailed customer service and they tried telling me I didn’t add the text. I sent back screenshots of proof including the email confirmation I received from them and they still refused to acknowledge their mistake and send me a new pair. Instead they said it was my fault and I did not add text. Do not buy. Wouldn’t recommend -10/10

I placed an order for a Valentine Day gift but my tracking number didn't work, not only that - the website said no such order existed. I looked up the company on Trust Pilot and after reading all the reviews and releasing it was a Chinese company masquerading as a British one I thought I had been scammed and that I would never receive my order. I wrote them an email and asked them what was going on and after exchanging a couple of emails they sent me a new tracking number. My order did eventually arrive but it was over a month late. However, it was of good quality and exactly what I had ordered - a pair of boxers with a photograph printed on them multiple times so I was pleasantly surprised. I give the company four stars because even though after you pay it comes up on your bank account that you are being charged by a company with a completely different name, (something with Hong Kong in the name instead of MyPhotoBoxer) and my order arriving over a month late, their customer service did reply to my emails and they sent me a new tracking number and the product was of good quality.

Product was fine but the 5-8 days delivery is a lie. Don’t pay extra for faster shipping. Also a bit expensive for the quality in the end

I wish I’d seen these reviews before ordering!! Stay away from this company with a barge pole. Ordered, no delivery and they won’t reply to emails. I’m fuming. How is this company allowed to get away with this day light robbery 😡

This company should be disgusted with themselves. I ordered a pair of boxers for valentines day and never received it till March and when I wanted to cancel the order as it was taking to long and you pay for a bloody vip experience and a stupid box they kept telling me it wouldn't be long I wanted my money back and they offered me 10 percent of what I paid ridiculous they still had the gift I bought so they could have gave me my money back.I WOULD NEVER USE THEM
