I ordered replacement clips for my UltraLite Enclosures and was very pleased with their immediate response to the placement of my order. This company makes very high quality products which I have been using for 21 years!

Their product was beyond expectations and the service was wonderful and fast.

I was in need of a couple of replacement parts, and I was pleasantly surprised when one of the owners of the business actually answered the phone. No automated attendant, no voicemail, alive person. Glen was quick to answer my questions, and after consulting with individuals in the warehouse, he called me right back. I couldn’t have asked for better customer service or a quicker response. His product is amazing and I would recommend the pet cages to anyone and if you ever need replacement parts, they are right there to assist you.

This Bottle Drop green bag holder is excellent. I had it put together in less than a minute. It's the exact size for holding the green bags and surprisingly sturdy. Also, takes up very little space. I highly recommend.

Well built and perfect size for green recycle bags. It solves so many problems and saves a lot of time to be able to easily dump cans and bottles directly into green bag.

Top notch customer service! Ordered a custom cage for my disabled kitty to spend the night in so she doesn't get into trouble or make a mess. He made smart suggestions to help me figure out the best set up for her. Delivery was right on time and the cage is perfect! Better, even! My girl really seems to enjoy having a cozy spot to call her own, and I love it!

This Catio is just what the Kitties ordered. The 9 week old kittens love to romp and chase one another and it is plenty spacious for that!

Good product I am still using enclosures I purchased in 2005.
But they have more than doubled in price.
