The issue I had was that the video player failed to load in a browser. The problem was resolved in a very efficient way.

The tech was thorough in looking into all the issues resident of my PC. He listened to my questions and responded quickly.

All the tech support from myPC utilities were awesome.
They took the time to resolve all my issues. I'm glad i chose them to fix my problems. I will definitely refer

They fixed my email problem as I was establishing the contact with them. I'm so happy to be able to use email app on my desk top now. The chat representive and support reps were very very helpful.

Technician went through the entire computer and optimized it and corrected the Configuration error so the printer could function properly. Excellent work!

He inquired as to other problems I might be experiencing and I told him about a stubborn error code that kept cropping up, and with what seemed to be a magic wand, he fixed it and we were on our way.
